Cette boulangerie est en avance sur son temps!!!
Elle produit un pain de grande qualité, étant devenue intolérante au gluten depuis mon arrivée à Montréal c'est le seul pain que je peux manger grâce à la qualité des céréales utilisées non transformées & à sa fabrication artisanale.
De plus il n'y a pas de gaspillage car Maxime produit seulement le pain que vous avez commandé 2 jours plus tôt.
Il propose aussi des viennoiseries gourmandes & la possibilité d'acheter de la farine excellente pour votre santé digestive.
Allez-y retrouver le vrai goût du pain!

Les pains sont délicieux ! Celui au seigle est devenu mon nouveau pain préféré, incomparable avec d'autres pains complets de boulangeries connues. & que dire des scones, texture parfaite, saveurs exquises & pas trop sucrés !

I never manage to finish a loaf of bread within a week & usually end up freezing it, as my body doesn't respond so well to bread. This loaf is the one exception. There's something about it. It's gone within a couple of days, & I experience no discomfort at all. Thank you for making such truly amazing bread.

Tellement heureuse d'avoir enfin trouvé du pain vraiment incroyable à Montréal. En plus d'être délicieux, les produits sont faits avec une vraie attention portée à l'écologie & à la qualité des ingrédients.
Le pain est croustillant, bien équilibré. Mention spéciale pour le Grand Mélange, la baguette & le pain au chocolat & canneberges, (qui revient de temps en temps & que je guette à chaque visite) & à l'équipe passionnée, accueillante!

Bref, un vrai coup de coeur.
