Excellent repas avec des serveurs à l'écoute qui nous ont bien aidé dans cette première expérience d'un repas japonais. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité
Le Biiru est un très bon endroit, mais pas pour les enfants qui y sont refusés généralement (sauf dans le coin terrasse qui n'est pas ouvert à l'année). Lors du processus de réservation, avant de réserver, aucune mention de cela n'est faite. Ce n'est qu'une fois la réservation faite qu'on peut lire à la toute fin du processus de réservation que les mineurs ne sont pas acceptés. On nous a donc''revirés de bord'' ce samedi soir 21 février 2026 avec nos 4 enfants. SVP, Biiru, mettez à jour votre processus de réservation afin d'éviter de regrettables malentendus à nouveau.
Très belle soirée. Le service impeccable. Bouffe aux saveurs variées & délicates - coup de coeur, brocolis, crêpes & côtes levées de porc. Ambiance était parfaite pour ce que nous recherchions - sans complexe, plats à partager & espace joliment décoré. Je recommande.
Excellentes côtes levées, brochettes de boeuf & fromage & succulent poulet frit ! Tartare de saumon & de boeuf un peu moins à mon goût mais dans l'ensemble la nourriture est excellente! Très bon service & ambiance.
Très bon resto, c'est la troisième fois que j'y vais. Chaque fois je n'ai jamais été déçu. Personnel attentionné. L'été avec la terrasse c'est vraiment wow
I've been to Biiru a few times now for both work dinners or out with friends. Every time has been an amazing experience. Staff is on point & actually takes the time to check in & make sure you're having a good experience. Food wise incredible especially for the price. Each dish has amazing sauces & is full of flavour & has some slight twist on traditional Japanese izakaya food.
Update:
Going back a year later, the food & service are just as good. Will helped us tonight & had strong recommendations, including the haru karaage, okonomiyaki, unagi skewers, pork ribs, salmon bonbons, & more. Amazing dinner.

Superbe expérience. Grosse ambiance, super service, bonne nourriture. On ne ferait vraiment pas mieux à la maison. Apportez une petite veste, il faisait froid. Double gin-soda vraiment trop cher @25$ +tx & pourboire. À éviter.

Biiru est un restaurant japonais très convivial où on peut tester une bonne partie de la carte, mettre le tout au centre de la table & passer un excellent moment. Les différentes assiettes en format tapas sont délicieuses. Les côtes de porc & le karaage sont un must à cet endroit.
Really enjoyed my experience & lunch at Biiru. The blond Ale Beer was perfectly cold & refreshing as I experienced in Japan. & the Okonomiyaki was excellent as the waiter promised. Really cool atmosphere & really worth it to have lunch there. I will return for sure when I want that nostalgia of Japan.
Had a very pleasant meal here with my friend. We went for the tasting menu as well as two cocktails. Service was solid, our main server was friendly & attentive. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount & quality of food as the tasting menu was only $45 pp. My one complaint was that it was VERY protein-heavy with barely any veggies. I think the only vegetables were inside the gyoza & the carrots & mushrooms that were part of the beef tataki (which was delicious). It would've been nice to include the gai lan or even a salad in the menu.
Comme d'habitude, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le restaurant est animé, chaleureux & le service est rapide & attentif. Les petits plats à partager sont bien exécutés. Nous reviendrons!
