I first off I want to say the hibachi chef did a fantastic job & entertaining our table! The staff was quick & efficient. My main complaint is we went during a heat wave, & it felt as though there was zero air-conditioning. It was unbearably hot, even our chef was profusely sweating. To note, the seasonings offered for the food are on the blander side. I imagine they do this to please most people as they are cooking for a larger group. I found my scallops & steak were underwhelming. I still liked my experience, would not come back (especially the price tag).
An absolutely must-have for Japanese food lovers & those that want to give it a try. We did the Teriyaki experience upstairs with live cooking station. Our chef was super entertaining & the hostess so friendly & prompt. Food portions are large & plenty to select from. The dessert options are bit limited, but honestly didnt care because the food was so good, that we have no space for that anyway. The kids menu was really good too for the little ones. I highly recommend this location when in Montreal.

My wife & I tried Benihana for the first time yesterday for her birthday & it was amazing. Service was great & fast, the chef who cooked in front of us was very entertaining & he kept sining some random songs. I will definitely come back
Lively place with amazing & funny cooks. The food is absolutely delicious & the cooks are super entertaining, Oso & Steven are really funny. I think it's a great place to celebrate birthdays or special events in medium sized groups.
Checked ✅ off my list of places to visit. Food was alright, nothing special. The cook was very entertaining. Plates somewhat expensive.
Food was amazing. Chef was entertaining. Drinks were delicious. Can be awkward sitting next to someone you don't know. I recommend this place for groups of 4 or more.
