Today, I accidentally ordered a meal that had meat on it & I'm vegetarian. The meat was sitting on top of the potatoes & without any hesitation. The waitress went & took the meat off & gave me new potatoes. So appreciated thank you ❤?
Had a great experience at Ben & Florentine in Vaudreuil! The food was delicious, & the service was excellent. The menu has plenty of choices, including some healthy options, & the pricing is reasonable. I do wish they had more vegan options, but I really appreciated that the server was kind enough to customize my order. The portions are generous, & their potatoes are fantastic! I'll definitely be returning & highly recommend it.
Went here on xmas eve for breakfast. big portions, delicious food. my 4yr old got a waffle & loved it. prompt on coffee service & very nice service. good option for breakfast!
We went on Sunday. The hostess was super welcoming & set the tone for a fantastic experience. Amazing waitresses, Amy & Maggie in particular. Delicious food. Thanks B&F!
Depuis plusieurs mois l'air climatisé ne fonctionne pas. Ça fait que l'expérience est beaucoup moins agréable.
Nous arrivons il est 12h45, on regarde le menu, la serveuse vient pour les breuvages à 13h. Je ne sais pas quoi prendre alors je dit je vais revenir, elle part (avant que je puisse dire que je vais commander le repas & revenir au breuvage après) en nous disant qu'elle va revenir plus tard. Selon c'est -2 l'écoute du client n'est pas là. Notre repas arrive à 13h11, ça l'air vraiment bon. Effectivement c'était bon. Le service laisse à désirer on voit pas la serveuse longtemps. Overall ça reste un ben & florentine, je vais revenir pour la nourriture pas pour le service.
Good was average. Service was mediocre. Since there weren't other brunch places near by, this sufficed.

Bien que la nourriture fut excellente & le service impeccable je dois enlever deux étoiles en moyenne à cause de la façon dont ma réservation fut gérée. Une semaine plus tôt je me suis présenté en personne pour réserver une table pour 10 personnes spécifiant un coin tranquille car s'était une occasion familiale spéciale & il y avait présentation ce qu'on m'a promis. À notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de table pour 10 & finalement on nous a placés au milieu de la place (très bruyant). C'est décevant alors que tout aurait pu être parfait...
Service was nice. Place seems to be clean but appears to be a bit boring. Coffee is okay, but nothing special. Skillet dish appeared delicious on the menu's image, however, when received the dish, I was mediocre. Tasted ok, but nothing delicious at all. Skillet 🍳 dishes should be more crispy & friend a bit more. Also jam on was meh.
Service was really good , cant remember her name but a blonde anglophone lady , gave our 18ppl group an exceptional service. Speedy & friendly. A+ there While food looked good it was bland. No seasoning at all . Maybe I was not lucky & they forgot to season my plate . Overall would still recommend
J'ai bien aimé mon repas de pain doré croustillant avec amande & caramel.
La nourriture est bonne, bien assaisonnée. Le service est toujours entre 4-5 étoiles à mon avis. J'aime quand c'est tranquille, donc j'y vais tôt. Mais là dernière fois j'ai été un peu plus tard qu'à l'habitude (9h-9h30) & c'était bruyant.
