Woww!! Very bad experience. I ordered some Mr. Puff online & my husband came to pick it up. He came in at the time that the order was supposed to be ready, he waited for a while & mentioned that he had a mobile order. The person was very rude & said to the other employee'he wants his mobile order'. Once the order was complete, the person throw the boxes on the counter without a word or any indication whose order it was! I am no customer expert but this is bad. We would drive a little longer for another Mr. Puff next time! A little respect would be great!!

We came for a ice cream cone only on Sunday may 31st at around 1:30pm & we had the worst service ever , we had to ask for a refund, we understand that we have to wait for the puffs but NOT for ice cream 👎👎👎

Even with a line out the door, the team here is a well-oiled machine. I visited during a massive rush, & I was seriously impressed by how handled the pressure. The Puffs came out hot, fresh, & exactly how I ordered them. Fast service without feeling like they were rushing the quality. 10/10 for the hustl

Je suis venue aujourd'hui & la personne à la caisse qui a pris ma commande était vraiment très gentille & accueillante. Par contre, la personne qui a préparé & apporté ma commande l'a simplement déposée sans rien dire, puis est repartie en me laissant attendre sans savoir si c'était bien pour moi. J'ai trouvé ça assez impoli & dommage pour l'expérience globale.
