Have been at B & F before but was at a different location. This one is not as busy compared to the one in Montreal, & the service was very good. Staff were great.

Excellent service & the food was great but the restaurant is less than clean. Dust & food on the walls - they look like they haven't been wiped down or cleaned in months.
I went to order a basic pancake & asked multiple times to the waiter to specify to the chef I have severe deadly ALLERGIES to all NUTS & she came back with a plate of almonds on top of my pancake… I asked her ma'am I can't eat this. She says why? & I replied: I literally told u I'm allergic to nuts. Manager didn't come to speak with me to apologize. Horrible experience ! Never going back there!
If you're not willing to leave tips for service you didn't like, don't come to this restaurant.
On Tuesday around 1 p.m., after the waitress saw that we did not leave a tip, she told us that tips are mandatory at their establishment. She then openly expressed her dissatisfaction & told us not to come back.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Tips are a voluntary expression of appreciation, not a mandatory fee, & certainly not a reason to tell customers to never return.
A very disappointing & unprofessional experience.

I think this is the best breakfast place I've ever been to. The service was excellent & incredibly fast-I never had to wait long, & my food arrived in just 5 minutes. My server was Amy. I was especially impressed that I got my decaf coffee in less than 2 minutes, which usually takes a while to brew elsewhere.
The menu is so appetizing with creative options; I literally wanted something on every page. I tried the'Croissantwich' for the first time, & it was delicious. The potatoes were well-seasoned, & the bacon had a unique sweet flavor that paired superbly with the croissant, over-easy egg, & hollandaise sauce. The fruit salad was okay, but since fruit isn't currently in season, that was to be expected.
Overall, I am already looking forward to coming back here the next time I visit Quebec!
A couple of days in Vaudreuil-Dorion & our breakfast option was Ben & Florentine. WOW! Food is GREAT ⭐?, lots of options, flavourful & plentiful.. Delicious. VALUE is there. Have breakfast.. you can skip lunch. Service is DOUBLE GREAT ⭐?⭐?. Help with the menu.. coffee refills.. Victoria was AWESOME! ⭐?⭐?⭐?. Start your day at B&F.. Bring your appetite.
Samedi 3 janvier 2026. On arrivent en salle & on a faim! On a pas mangé de la journée & il est 13h.... On est placé & prêt à commander; on sait ce qu'on veut. Notre serveuse Amy arrive, prend nos commandes de smoothies & nous dit'plus tard!' pour nos commandes.... J'ai trouvé ça très ordinaire.... 15 minutes plus tard....elle revient. Je lui fait part de mon mécontentement & son explication est vague. Je la trouve expéditive & impatiente. Pas chaleureuse. La nourriture est très ordinaire & les smoothies sont moyens. Au moment de payer il n'y a pas de choix pour le 15%. Ça commence à 18%!😳. J'ai donné 15% & encore.... Pas impressionné par l'expérience. Manger chez soi est finalement la meilleure option.

Smoothie bowl with ISO protein : choice of matcha & coco or Ube coco smoothie, bananas, blueberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, granola. Served with 2 poached eggs, spinach & guacamole on 12-grain bread
It was a guilty free meal with lots of good ingredients & tasty.

went on a sunday around 10:30 am so we had to wait a bit but it was nothing unexpected.
its vaudreuil so a short wait should be expected but nothing too crazy
We had the best experience at Ben & Florentine Vaudreuil today. Amy was our server & we could not have asked for better service! She was so efficient & went above & beyond our expectations! She was always so pleasant & everything she did was with a smile. We will definitely be back & ask for Amy!
