Dear Ben & Florentine, It's no secret I love my breakfast & my definite go to place is your outlet on Mansfield. I came back on Sunday Oct 6th & it is always wonderful. Every time I go, I get the very best service & quality breakfast. Today, I will tell you about a very special waitress that really works very hard & is an ambassador of your brand. She is an inspiration, one of those people you always want breakfast from. Marie-Pier is extremely devoted to you & her clients & she has always treated me like gold, been extremely attentive & caring. She is one of those waitresses every other restaurant wished they had. Not only does she know her menu inside & out, she really gives personalized quality service not found elsewhere. She is very careful with your brand & is alert in her entourage. She assists other waitresses, makes sure things run smoothly. It's not just about my service but everyone else. She gives so much to Ben & Florentine & absolutely loves her work with you, I feel it each time. She's the waitress that has it all, beautiful inside & out, giving her best service with very high professional standards.Attentive & very very hard working. She has served me for years & each time, i got more than breakfast, I got a welcome home experience. You ought to be very proud of her & her contribution. I don't know if you have an employee incentive program but I am compelled to write as i am in awe each time Marie-Pier gives me her service. She deserves a nice bonus, a certificate or something like that. She is worthy of any recognition you can give her as for jenny( both are out of this world).

From entering B&F it took 40 mins for two servings of oatmeal to arrive. The floor was dirty. Toilets out of order & also dirty. Seemed short staffed with a lack of focus on cleanliness

It's a very nice small brunch restaurant with something for everyone. It has great vegetarian options. The service is excellent at least the madam that was our server was above & beyond. So nice.

Great place for an easy breakfast. Menu is vast. We avoided the fried food & went with the healthy options. Oats were great with good serving of fruit & granola was also big. Good to the brown sugar & cream on the side for the oats & not in there already. We don't drink coffee at all - we were asked 3 times in the first 5 minutes by 3 different people if we wanted coffee. Might sound annoying to some, but it's good attention to the customer.

Vraiment déçu par ce restaurant ! Au départ, je découvre que les toilettes sont bloquées & débordent ! Ensuite je commande sans banane dans les fruits & je reçois mon assiette avec bananes alors qui je suis allergique ! Ensuite dans une bouchée de mon bagel au saumon fumée je m'étouffe avec un arête ! Du jamais vu pour moi, un arête dans le saumon fumée ! Des patates épicées rouge avec un goût d'huile de friteuse ! Donc un 27$ mal investi qui a été décevant ! Je ne retournerais pas dans ce restaurant ni aucun de cette chaîne !

Visited during weekday morning. It was quiet & waitress was very attentive. Foods are very good value & the quality has exceeded my expectation for a typical franchise brunch place! Egg yolks on egg benedicts were HUGE (never seen one this big in the US 😂). Food didn't have too much seasoning & I liked it.

Great food but very noisy, waitress did not check to see how our food was, forget my drink & when it came, it was not the correct one & no apologies! Very rushed staff & that's likely why the service differed!
