I came here a few days ago, & woww! This place is truly a hidden gem. The shawarma was absolutely amazing & most importantly..authentic. I had to leave a review (which I never do) because I still can't stop thinking about this place, I need to come back as soon as possible.
A big shout-out to the cook, Mo, who made the experience even better. He prepared the food with care & was incredibly friendly & professional. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does.

I stopped by Bei Downtown Montreal to grab a pita falafel sandwich for a quick dinner & to try it for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a real big disappointment.
The vegetables were fresh, but the falafel itself missed the mark. Instead of being crispy on the outside & light & fluffy on the inside, it was extremely soft & overly moist. It was also much too too salty & heavily spiced, which completely overpowered the other flavors. The texture simply wasn't what I expect from a good falafel.
I do not throw food away, but this time I couldn't even finish the sandwich. It was that disappointing.
Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend the falafel & I dont think that I will come back to try something else in the future since my first impression was unfortunately not a good one.
Une bonne cuisine, libanaise avec un goût authentique, & des produits de qualité. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par le personnel & ils nous ont notamment conseillé sur la carte & les best Seller. Nous avons pris un bol avec des falafels & un Saj Shawarma poulet. c'est assez copieux, pas besoin de sides. La salle est notamment climatisé avec un brin de musique. Donc c'est très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Super nice spot! Food is very good! The chicken shawarma is super light - you dont feel heavy after eating it 💕🙏🏼 If you are downtown & looking for a bite to eat - i highly recommend. The restaurant itself is very clean- & the staff is really nice. 1000% Better than any boustan or amir equivalent or any other shawarma place tbh. I hope they open in laval sometime soon!!
Très mauvaise expérience. La caissière , une fille brunette enviren 9:50 pm le 13 juin n'était pas du tout accueillante, elle passait son temps sur son téléphone au lieu de s'occuper des clients. J'ai dû demander plusieurs fois pour ma commande, & à la fin elle a même oublié une partie de ma commande. Aucun professionnalisme, aucun respect pour les clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant. Il y a beaucoup d'autres endroits où le service est bien meilleur.
My wife went to have dinner for the first time at this restaurant, I've been convincing that Lebanese food is the best & Lebanese people are very welcoming, but her first impression was a disappointment, the cashier wasn't paying attention to what she's ordering & missed ordering the fries with the order, & was playing with her phone during taking my wife's order, I know Lebanese people are amazing I love them & I love their culture, their food is my favourite also, but tonight's experience did t reflect that at all..honestly I'm very disappointed & wouldn't recommend anyone to this restaurant to get that kind of service.
Absolutely amazing experience at Bei! The wraps, salads, & shawarmas are next-level, everything tastes incredibly fresh, flavorful, & perfectly made. You can tell they really care about quality & consistency. The portions are generous, & every bite hits. Highly recommend to anyone craving delicious, satisfying food I'll definitely be coming back!! :)
