There are many shawarma places in the area & this one is worth a try. In our group we had some bowls & some wraps & I would say that if you are getting a bowl, there are other places to try but the wraps were quite tasty.

Really good falafel sandwich! The flavor is fresh & authentic, & it honestly reminded me of the falafel I grew up eating. Simple, delicious, & full of that real Middle Eastern taste.

The food was decent, & the sandwiches were good. The shawarma flavor was actually really delicious. Unfortunately, the service was terrible.

Starting at the cash register, the young lady was not welcoming or friendly at all. She didn't smile & seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Then, when we got to the person making the sandwiches I believe he might have been the owner, the man with the beard - he was extremely rude & spoke to us with a lot of attitude, as if we were asking for something for free.

Sorry guys, but you really need to work on your customer service. The food may be good, but the service is extremely weak, & it definitely affects the overall experience.

Very disappointing customer service. The employees were extremely rude & unwelcoming, especially the chef, who told us that he is the owner's brother. The way he spoke to us was disrespectful & made the whole experience very unpleasant. I used to enjoy coming to BEI, but unfortunately, after this experience, this will be my last time. I will not be coming back. Customer service & basic respect toward customers really need to improve.
