Was really good, best food, best biryani.. with great services, specially Rachna & kishore were great people provided best services & good suggestions.
The service here is genuinely great, & the staff are very kind & welcoming, which made the overall experience pleasant.
We tried the Hyderabadi dum biryani, & honestly, it didn't quite meet expectations, maybe I had higher hopes given the reputation.
However, the Chettinad goat curry was absolutely delicious, full of flavor & perfectly cooked. The naan was also fresh & complemented the curry really well.
Overall, a good experience mainly because of the service & a few standout dishes. & yeah, clean washrooms… Would definitely come back to try more from the menu.
I ordered Vijayawada biryani for takeout & chicken pieces were so bad like a rubber & no gravy also... unfortunately I had to throw all the biryani... very bad experience
The Biryani was flavorful & authentic-truly delicious! A special thank you to our waitress, Likitha, for her wonderful service. She was incredibly kind & attentive, making our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Food was fine, tasty & decent portion size,
Definitely not authentic like the dum biryani.
Couple of things which didn't go well
We had to wait long before someone came to take our order, despite indicating to people that we are ready to order
It prioritise the online / take-out orders & made us wait quite long before we were served.
We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a remarkable culinary offering, specifically the biryani. Our selections included the Nawabi Paneer Biryani, Mutton Biryani, plain naan, & Korma. Each dish was prepared to an exceptional standard, delivering a truly delightful gastronomic experience. It has been some time since I have encountered biryani of such high quality. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
The food is very well made, tasty & of great quality. It's our regular place. Butter chicken biryani, bawarchi special chicken biryani, mutton ghee roast biryani & chicken 65 are our favourites.
The only problem is during peak hours when the service gets really bad. The staff tries their best to attend to everyone but it's very disorganised, everyone seems to be doing too many jobs. Even a little bit of organising & streamlining will improve the service greatly.
As a result we prefer ordering at home more than dining in especially during busy hours.

We placed an order & noticed that a few items were missing. We tried calling the restaurant several times & eventually got through. After explaining the situation, we were informed that the team would check & call us back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not receive a callback.
Since we couldn't reach them again by phone, we decided to visit the restaurant in person to resolve the issue. While the discussion took some time, Nitika, one of the restaurant staff members, was polite & spoke to us very well, which we appreciated. Eventually, the team provided an additional item as compensation.
The food itself tasted good, & overall the quality was satisfying. With some improvement in customer handling & communication, the overall experience could be even better.

should be more fresh)
• Chicken Tikka Masala: ⭐ 4/5
• Chicken 65: ⭐ 2/5 (Needs improvement)
The food was not upto the mark. We ordered the paneer biryani but did not find any paneer. It was just plain rice without any Spices. We had to leave halfway. But, the servers were good. Hats off to their quick service.
AMAZING FOOD!! We ordered lamb korma, chicken tikka masala & butter chicken biryani, all of it was delicious. The bowls are big so you get a lot of food for the price
