Amazing Briyani place. I like it so much. Every time I come to eat, I got amazed by how they use different spices & the perfect gravy they make within the Briyani. I have tried to make it by myself but never as good as the ones at this place. The flavor is so rich & the texture is just perfect. I love it. 🥰
We ordered Vijayawada Chicken Biryani, Chilli Chicken, & Ulavacharu Biryani. The food was okay, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the extremely long waiting time & very poor service. The staff didn't pay any attention to the customers. The delay & lack of customer service significantly affected our dining experience.
Bawarchi was my favourite restaurant in Montreal. I loved coming here. The food was great so didn't mind the service. But, Today was so bad. I have literally spent 2-3K dollars here in the past three years. Always spoke highly of this place to everyone I know. But, Service is bad now. I waited 45 minutes with no order or any proper service. Great food ruined for me.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. En tant que livreur, j'ai attendu près de 40 minutes pendant qu'on me répétait sans cesse : « encore 5 ou 6 minutes », puis « encore 10 minutes ». Au final, je n'ai même pas récupéré la commande.
Le plus décevant, c'est qu'ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de se rattraper ou de présenter de véritables excuses. Seulement quelques mots pour me faire partir, comme si mon temps n'avait aucune valeur.
Le temps des livreurs n'est pas illimité. Pendant qu'on nous fait attendre, on perd d'autres livraisons & donc de l'argent. Si vous commandez ici, attendez-vous à de très longs délais & à un service qui manque de respect envers le temps des autres

We ordered paneer curry with other food items but while eating, I found what appeared to be a piece of meat in the dish. I immediately brought it to the staff's attention. Despite this, I was still charged for the meal.
As someone who ordered a vegetarian dish, I found this very disappointing.This was my personal experience, & I'm sharing it so others can be aware.
Très mauvaise expérience. Le service était vraiment décevant. Une partie commande a été oubliée & nous avons dû attendre longtemps. Une des employées était gentille & polie, mais une autre, une grande femme mince, avait une attitude vraiment désagréable. Après, elle nous regardait mal lorsque nous demandions simplement ce qu'il en était de notre commande, & elle avait aussi oublié notre boisson. leur cuisine laisse à désiré
À la fin, elle ne voulait même pas nous donner un sac pour emporter. Nous avons dû emballer toute notre nourriture nous-mêmes. Elle a simplement déposé les assiettes, les verres & les couverts sur la table sans aucun service. Nous nous sommes sentis traités avec très peu de respect.
C'est dommage, parce qu'une autre employée était, elle, très gentille. Malheureusement, l'attitude de cette serveuse a complètement gâché notre expérience. Je ne reviendrai pas.
