Worst customer service. I just went there with my friends & we wanted to sit on the table that is beside window so we requested about it but one of the staff refused us to sit there & she was very rude with us . We went there with lot of excitement to eat briyani & she said there is no briyani left for us we can just have appetizers (in too rude way). The staff needs to be more kind & should work on it.
I tried Bawarchi recently & really enjoyed it-their veg noodles were the highlight for me. Super flavorful, not too oily, & perfectly cooked with that nice Indo-Chinese taste. The place is simple & relaxed, & the service was friendly too. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving something tasty!
Food is always good, but the pickup service has been very frustrating. I've had missing items in my order 4-5 times now. At first, I assumed it was an honest mistake & didn't say anything, but when it happens repeatedly, it starts to feel less like a mistake & more like customers are being scamed. It's very disappointing to pay for items & not receive them. Great food can't make up for poor service & repeated missing items. Please improve the service of your pickup orders.
The Biryani was flavorful & authentic-truly delicious! A special thank you to our waitress, Likitha, for her wonderful service. She was incredibly kind & attentive, making our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered food through DoorDash & waited well past the estimated delivery time, only to see the status stuck on'preparing' &'searching for a dasher.' After waiting even longer, I called the restaurant only to be told that a dasher had already picked up the order & ran off with it.
What's worse is the complete lack of responsibility from the restaurant. Instead of contacting DoorDash or remaking the order, they bluntly told me it's my responsibility to deal with DoorDash, cancel the order, & place a new one. No apology, no effort to fix the issue, nothing.
They even admitted this happens frequently, yet they've done nothing to improve the situation or support their customers when it does. That's unacceptable. As a customer, I expect at the very least to be informed & offered a solution, not pushed off to deal with it myself.
This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here, & it clearly shows they do not care about customer service or accountability.
DISGUSTING SERVICE. They don't take accountability for online orders. They don't even consider taking responsibility for the order. Utter disappointment to talk to them if you order online & don't receive the food.

Quantity reduced drastically for party pack of half tray, serves only 3 people now instead of 6 people. Now giving smaller boxes instead of the old big ones. Disappointed.
Food was fine, tasty & decent portion size,
Definitely not authentic like the dum biryani.
Couple of things which didn't go well
We had to wait long before someone came to take our order, despite indicating to people that we are ready to order
It prioritise the online / take-out orders & made us wait quite long before we were served.
Only go if you really crave extra spicy Indian food. serious test on your spice tolerance (Even by Indian standards.) good luck in the toilet the next day. Most Biriyanis & starters are the same you wont find a lot of difference in taste. & the only feeling you will get is the spice. If the food is extra salty, its mixing with the sweat from your forehead.
We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a remarkable culinary offering, specifically the biryani. Our selections included the Nawabi Paneer Biryani, Mutton Biryani, plain naan, & Korma. Each dish was prepared to an exceptional standard, delivering a truly delightful gastronomic experience. It has been some time since I have encountered biryani of such high quality. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
