Went there for dinner with a friend. Our server Shivani was exceptional. She was patient & answered all my questions. She recommended the Hyderabadi chicken biryani & the lamb roast & both were super delicious. She also made me a really nice lemon soda.
Honestly she made the experience positive. Otherwise it looked chaotic & unorganized. I think they would benefit from a little more structure in how they take orders & serve the customers. The food is definitely good but opportunity to work on the overall ambiance & service.

Food was very good & tasty. Nikita was really helpful & the other female server also. We were craving for proper Indian food so in Québec & finally got one in Montreal. Must visit. We had Andhra fish pulusu & chicken curry. Yummmm

Good food, but terrible service due to serious understaffing👎
?I visited Bawarchi for the first time last Saturday night, & while the food was genuinely good, the service experience was extremely disappointing.
?The restaurant was extremely busy, but there were only 3 or 4 female employees handling everything. They were taking orders, clearing tables, managing the register, & answering phone calls all at once. Because they were so overwhelmed, we waited 15 minutes just to place our initial order, & another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. We weren't even given water until we requested it, & I actually had to walk up to the reception myself to get drinking glasses. Later, when we wanted to re-order, I had to walk back to the reception again to do it myself.
?To be completely clear, I do not blame the staff. They were working under intense pressure & doing the absolute best they could.
?The issue lies entirely with the management & ownership. It is clear the owner only cares about profit margins rather than running a proper business or treating employees fairly. When a restaurant is blessed with so many customers, the owner should hire enough staff to handle the crowd instead of overworking a few employees & compromising the customer experience.
?Great food means very little when the customer service is this neglected. Very disappointed.👎👎👎

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. The service was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. The server came to our table & literally threw the plates down instead of placing them properly. It felt incredibly disrespectful & unprofessional, as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

There was no courtesy, no smile, & no effort to make us feel welcome. The entire experience left us feeling disrespected & uncomfortable. Good food can never make up for such poor customer service.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they seriously improve how they treat their customers. Respect should be the bare minimum, & unfortunately, that was completely missing during our visit.

I come here often & it's always excellent. I like the shahi chicken biryani best. The service can be slow sometimes because they're usually very busy.

I just had a dine in & I ordered vijaywada chicked biryani as usual. I am your regular customer & order this biryani often so i am well aware of its taste. I was very hungry today & after eating biryani I was really very disappointed as the chicken did not taste fresh. I tasted old & reheated. I was not expecting this & I really love this biryani so I am not going to compromise on my taste & that is why 2 stars for Food here.
