If you visit this restaurant, you absolutely have to order the Lamb Korma. The meat was fall-apart tender, & the sauce had a rich, luxurious depth of flavor that was perfectly balanced. It's easily one of the best versions of this dish I've ever had

It's honestly a fantastic place to try some Indian food! Their chicken & lamb was so tender & flavorful, & their naan was the best! Dining hall environment very cozy & waiter there was very friendly & helpful! Definitely Will come back again
Amazing Briyani place. I like it so much. Every time I come to eat, I got amazed by how they use different spices & the perfect gravy they make within the Briyani. I have tried to make it by myself but never as good as the ones at this place. The flavor is so rich & the texture is just perfect. I love it. 🥰
Oh my! The food they served was the best food I ever have had in Canada. They have variety flavors of biriyani. Their tea & mango lessi were superb. Only issue we had was with the delay in service, but it compensated by the quality & the taste. Next on the list is not destination Montreal it's destination Bawarchi.

The food at Bawarchi was some of the best Indian food we've had on the east coast. We got the paneer tikka masala combo, chicken shahi paneer, & the samosa chat. It was all flavorful although a bit on the spicy side. We'll be back to try the biryani! We waited about 20 mins to be seated but that just proves how good this place is! Staff was very friendly.
We recently went to Bawarchi in Montreal for a friend's birthday celebration & had an amazing experience. The Indian food here is truly the best I've had in Montreal.
The Cut Mirchi was outstanding - crispy, flavorful, & a must-try starter. Among the mains, the Kaju Biryani (vegetarian) was on another level - rich, aromatic, & unlike anything I've tasted before. The roti was also soft & fresh, perfectly complementing the curries.
Overall, Bawarchi is easily one of the best Indian restaurants in Montreal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavors & a memorable dining experience.

Bawarchi delivered an outstanding Indian dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors & top-notch quality. A huge shoutout to **Chef Kapil & Chef Gaurav** for their culinary expertise-every dish was a masterpiece in taste & presentation.

I'm absolutely blown away by this restaurant! For its average price point, the sheer volume of quality food truly surpasses the competition. My butter chicken biryani bowl was incredibly flavorful, generously packed with chicken, & left me completely satisfied. Beyond the food, the ambiance also sets this place apart. It strikes a perfect balance, feeling sophisticated without sacrificing that cozy, inviting atmosphere. This is a truly great place!

Walking into Bawarchi feels a bit like stepping into a fish market-pun absolutely intended. It's loud, crowded, & the ambience isn't exactly what you'd call refined. But once you get past the chaos, you're in for a treat.
While the North Indian options are limited, everything we ordered was spot-on. The hariyali chicken was packed with flavor, the noodles were surprisingly delicious, & the dal was simple but satisfying. The staff, despite being swamped, remained responsive & efficient.
If you're looking for a calm, quiet dinner-this isn't the place. But if you're okay with a bustling setting & care more about food than aesthetics, Bawarchi delivers where it counts: on the plate.
