We ordered paneer 65 starter, which was cold, seemed like the chef didn't even heat it, didn't serve it with chutney, quantity was less.
We wanted to order soups along with the starters but they don't have soup in their menu.
We ordered 2 Kaju Ghee Roast Biriyani . To our disappointment it didn't have much paneer only 6-7 pieces max. & literally I could only find 2 half cashews in it. It was such a bummer of an experience food wise. This was our first time & mostly gonna be the last time here. The waitresses were polite, & nice. The setting & ambience was good. But the food was a let down purely.
The service here is genuinely great, & the staff are very kind & welcoming, which made the overall experience pleasant.
We tried the Hyderabadi dum biryani, & honestly, it didn't quite meet expectations, maybe I had higher hopes given the reputation.
However, the Chettinad goat curry was absolutely delicious, full of flavor & perfectly cooked. The naan was also fresh & complemented the curry really well.
Overall, a good experience mainly because of the service & a few standout dishes. & yeah, clean washrooms… Would definitely come back to try more from the menu.

I ordered Vijayawada biryani for takeout & chicken pieces were so bad like a rubber & no gravy also... unfortunately I had to throw all the biryani... very bad experience
Worst customer service. I just went there with my friends & we wanted to sit on the table that is beside window so we requested about it but one of the staff refused us to sit there & she was very rude with us . We went there with lot of excitement to eat briyani & she said there is no briyani left for us we can just have appetizers (in too rude way). The staff needs to be more kind & should work on it.
I tried Bawarchi recently & really enjoyed it-their veg noodles were the highlight for me. Super flavorful, not too oily, & perfectly cooked with that nice Indo-Chinese taste. The place is simple & relaxed, & the service was friendly too. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving something tasty!
Food is always good, but the pickup service has been very frustrating. I've had missing items in my order 4-5 times now. At first, I assumed it was an honest mistake & didn't say anything, but when it happens repeatedly, it starts to feel less like a mistake & more like customers are being scamed. It's very disappointing to pay for items & not receive them. Great food can't make up for poor service & repeated missing items. Please improve the service of your pickup orders.
