Léna was fantastic during our visit! Her friendly demeanor & attentive service made our dining experience delightful. She offered great menu suggestions & ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, her warmth & professionalism truly enhanced our meal!
We were a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens) who decided to try out the relatively new Baton Rouge location in Ville LaSalle on 28-Nov. for the first time. We were impressed by the topnotch & attentive service provided by our server Krysta. Our orders ran the gamut from burgers, ribs, steaks, & chicken tenders' salad with a few appetizers included for good measure. Everything was delicious with one of our ravenous teen boys hugely impressed by the enormous mound of tasty fries accompanying his rack of ribs, along with the complimentary soda refills. Once small quibble might be with respect to the portion size of the calamari; tasty but for a $21 appetizer it would have been nice to have a bit more generous portion for the price. The ambiance was a plus as well with the background music low enough to allow for conversation at normal volumes across the large round table. The hostess was equally pleasant & stopped by our table to inquire if everything was to our liking. All in all, a very satisfying meal. We purchased gift cards on the way out & we'll definitely be back for a repeat visit in the New Year!
Always enjoy coming by.. the atmosphere is charming.. the staff is attentive & in good spirits.. a shout out to Lena & Mia they make you feel at home. Other than the dining experience.. some hidden gems are a specialty cherry lemonade & the Sambuca expresso.

I had the pleasure of being served by Doan at Baton Rouge, & I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. From the moment we sat down, Doan was warm, attentive, & incredibly professional. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, made great recommendations, & ensured everything came out perfectly & on time. It's rare to come across service this genuine & seamless. Doan truly elevated our dining experience
Been twice in the last couple of weeks (for dine in) & service is top notch! Notable staff are Doan & Jair as they were attentive, friendly, courteous & very accommodating. Both made you feel right at home & made sure everything was ok. My greatest appreciation is hot food! Special mention for the manager, Mariann, as she managed like this was her family. Bravo team! Will be back🤗

Went to order some meals for pick up on Saturday evening. Placed look great & seemed busy. Was asked to head to the bar to order my meals & waited a solid 10 mins before my order was taken.
The server, Mercedes, was super nice & said she would put in the order right away & would be 15-20 mins. I understood & stepped out & came back 15 mins later to be told that the kitchen was slammed but it shouldn't take too long. Another 20 mins later & I am standing & waiting patiently & this time Mercedes told me she felt bad for the wait time & that the manager said they would offer me a free dessert. I said it was very kind & not too worry. 10-15 mins later another server comes by to hand me my food & gives me a scratch card. He apologized & said that everyone wins with the card.
I get home 5 mins later & my food was good but sadly not hot (my car was running outside). I never got the dessert but I did win a Coke.
Lesson learned: eat at the restaurant if you want to be served quickly with a hot meal.(A table was sat when I came in & they left before I got my order) Never order at the counter & just pay the up-charge with DoorDash to get your meal.

This has been my 4th time going with my girlfriend to this incredible restaurant. I had an amazing experience at Baton Rouge (Lasalle)! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect, & the staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. The food was exceptional-every dish, from the appetizer to dessert, was full of flavour & beautifully presented. The Ribs & Santa Fe Chicken with the Grilled Tiger Shrimps was a standout, & the wine pairing was spot on. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend it! Special thanks to Mercedes & Antoine for their standout service always ensuring we were well accommodated!
I went with my husband & son & our server Max was so attentive to our son & friendly. The service was fantastic & the food was great. Nice ambiance & good selection of food. I recommend this place!
We were served by a lovely & attentive waitress named Tru. She was very personable & respectful. She gave us great information, explained the menu & checked in on us frequently. The food was great, the manager came around to greet us & Tru was a stellar person making our evening & experience at Le Bâton Rouge very pleasant & memorable. Because of this we shall most definitely make this a regular favorite of ours. Thank you
This was my first time at this location. The steaks were prime (no chewy bits) & prepared as per order. The service was top-notch; attentive without being annoying. Seriously, it was an excellent night out!

I see the detailed dishes' introduction & recommendation, I see the order & time they make for dishes, I see sincere, enthusiastic, & meticulous in them... What else to say, BE BACK for sure! PS: For the first time, a gentleman waiter left me a good impression (the name is not long but I don't remember it), so I decided to come back again. We went there on a Saturday night for our anniversary. Our waiter Adrian was very friendly & attentive. The food was delicious. The chimichurri bavette & New York striploin were cooked exactly as requested. The spinach dip is always a must when going to Baton Rouge.
Sunday evening three of us went to the recently opened Baton Rouge in Lasalle. Struck by the elegantly modern furnishings, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we were greeted by smiling hostesses & served by Troy, a most attentive waiter. Our starter, a glass of sangria followed by delicious main courses, & ending with a unique & tasty keylime pie. A definite "yes" & we shall certainly return!
