Was really busy & cold draft I was wearing my coat then my boyfriend ended up putting his coat on also.. I was happy with my food. B Ribs but chicken wings I didn't like wasn't crunchy & my bfs steak was cooked to long & there was so many ppl) he didn't say anything so wasn't the best experience next time we will go in day time

Shame on me I did not take any photo. Had a very mixed of food this time. Soup of day was a delicious carrot soup. Chicken wings, Rib steak & Ribs with the famous all dressed baked potato with 2 cocktails. Still one of my favorite places to dinner.
I love this grillhouse, but I asked for a well-done steak & received one that was undercooked & bloody. It gave me food poisoning, & I ended up in the emergency room. I'm fine now, but I can only recommend the ribs.
Service was great
Food was ok, it shows that this is a big chain, everything is ok but not incredible, no real seasoning, coleslaw was a lot better after i added salt & pepper. Ribs were tender but IF it was « grilled » it sure wasn't enough, only sauce & no bark, so not the best ribs. Lobster tail also was… bland, no real taste even with the butter. Fries were almost stale, like it was old fries. Chocolate cake was absolutely disgusting, it's made without flour so don't expect a « cake » properly speaking. Service & atmosphere were good. So for a 65$ for the ribs & lobster tail i was not very pleased. I do not recommend.

Dear Nick, DO Better! We had a very competent server & our dinner started out beautifully. Then a table of two left & was cleared, & where we had maybe about a foot between they decided to jam another table in to make it a foursome. The person knocked items off our table getting into theirs as they had abut 8 ins to squeeze through. None of this is terrible except the conversation we had with you Nick. Easily $60pp to dine like a damn sardine. Yes it is about $ & the ridiculous prices for thin ribs, gooey pasta (my fault for ordering pasta in an over priced rib joint🙄) cold short ribs & chewy scallops. Yes, I should've known but hubbies ribs were a terrible disappointment as well. We were very clear Nick we weren't looking for anything to be comped but when the bill arrived with only hubbies ribs it pissed me off. Cassandra was amazing & she & her colleagues were run off their feet serving the sardines so we gave her an $85 tip. I hope she gets it Nick & your owner doesn't have some tip skimming scheme going on. The icing on the cake...bathroom littered with tissue & hand towel, one of the stall doors didn't close, one stall out of order, another very difficult to slide lock across, one of three taps not working & water all over the vanity top. Tip for you Nick...with that many people being jammed in perhaps you would like to ensure all the facilities are at least usable. This is my very first review so don't come at me that I'm « that type » . I'm just done going into places that are over priced, the food underwhelming, the dining space jammed & the servers run off their feet serving their wealthy owners bank account.

Comfort classics. Classic restaurant & well known. Great ribs & chicken & burgers . Newly added some more fish dishes that look super appetizing . Well renovated, all locations over the last 1-3 yrs.
The ribs are good (like in all BR). We had a long wait for 2 plates of ribs & 1 kid pasta; the restaurant was nearly empty but they seated us on a table for 2 (we were two adults & a 2 yr old), didn't gave the kid a glass of water & when asked for it they brought a full pint in a glass. Not the best experience. The food is ok , maybe a bit pricey.

Used to be excellent food & generous portions... Today it's the exact opposite & way too expensive for the garage they serve. Ribs are practically invisible, they're so small. No meat on the bones. Portions, under half the size of what they were even 5 years ago & all you taste is the sauce. I ordered a burger which was over $24.00 & I could have had a better burger at Harvey's for half price. That doesn't say too much for their food. I've been eating there since the first store opened in 1993, & was always great. This is a travesty. I will never be there again. Nothing but an expensive rip off for garbage food, if you can even call it food.
I got the ribs & chicken filets, my mom got the branzino. Food was lovely, service warm & friendly, & the restaurant is huge! Haven't been since the renovations & it's very nice inside. Overall great experience. Will be coming back! :)
The appetizers were amazing. We loved the fried calamari & the chips with the spinach & cheese dip. I got the halloumi gnocchi as well. It was very good too but the gnocchi were a little too salty . My friends got the ribs & the fries & they absolutely loved it. I also got the abricot mocktail & I highly suggest it,it was very refreshing! Great experience overall, the watresses were also very nice
I came a few times. They used to be very busy but not anymore. My kids like their kids' menu. Their prime ribeye is good. Nothing special, but it's a good choice if you are lazy & want something a bit more fancy than fast food. Service is ok
I have been a regular at BR & the Laval location is one of the better ones. This time around they drop the ball on my wifes order her plate was missing a component & by the time a somewhat unsuitable came around everyone was pretty much eating. The staff did what they could they were very professional. seating was odd it was the first time one of us in the group had to sit in the walk way, not a great feel. I will make sure to specify on my next reservation if that can be avoided, I can see if it's a last minute accomodation to a walk-in group but for an advanced reservation not a great look. Good thing the ribs & chicken tenders were as to be expected that was the only savings grace.
