Food was ok, it shows that this is a big chain, everything is ok but not incredible, no real seasoning, coleslaw was a lot better after i added salt & pepper. Ribs were tender but IF it was « grilled » it sure wasn't enough, only sauce & no bark, so not the best ribs. Lobster tail also was… bland, no real taste even with the butter. Fries were almost stale, like it was old fries. Chocolate cake was absolutely disgusting, it's made without flour so don't expect a « cake » properly speaking. Service & atmosphere were good. So for a 65$ for the ribs & lobster tail i was not very pleased. I do not recommend.

Super busy place , especially right after they close the Mall.
Nice crowd & fast friendly service.
Surprisingly lots of waiters actually speak english which is a bonus.
& they have english manual as well.
We had a nice fish calamari & ribs all was great.

We had an amazing dining experience at Baton Rouge. Despite the holiday rush, the staff was attentive, friendly, & made us feel welcome. The highlight of our meal was the black cod plate-it was absolutely perfect! The fish was cooked to perfection, tender, flaky, & bursting with flavor. Highly recommend!

The filet mignon was very good, I liked their fries, & the calamari was also very good.

On Saturday evening I went out with my family for my birthday. The waitress was really nice she took our order. My husband asked for the double cheeseburger with no sauce & vegetables on the side. When we got our order my fries were double fried really hard & my husband's cheeseburger had sauce inside & his bun was wet & soggy. He told the waitress he asked for no sauce & she took it back to the kitchen & told the cook. It literally took 2 minutes & his burger was ready. He noticed that it was his same burger because he had bit into the first time. He opened up his burger & saw the same piece of bun stuck to the burger. The cook opened up his burger & scraped out the sauce & reassembled it back with a new bun that wasn't even toasted. He was so mad he asked for the waitress & manager. He explained that it was disgusting for a cook/restaurant to reserve a burger back to a client that had been bitten from & was cold. Imagine someone ordered a filet mignon & they got the order wrong would they try to pass it on to someone else? The manager understood & tried to make it right by offering a new burger but by that time he didn't want to eat it anymore. He offered drinks & desserts, but it ruined the whole experience already. My wife's birthday supper was ruined. Would we go back? NO! The experience was horrible & the restaurant was not even busy that evening.

I got the ribs & chicken filets, my mom got the branzino. Food was lovely, service warm & friendly, & the restaurant is huge! Haven't been since the renovations & it's very nice inside. Overall great experience. Will be coming back! :)

The club sandwich ($22) was excellent with plenty of fries. I think it could be shared between 2 people. The food is always excellent regardless of what you eat.

Came here for our Christmas work lunch. The service was great & the portions seemed to be quite large. We ordered the burger & the chicken fingers & fries. The chicken fingers & fries were enough for 3 people! Huge portions. Good flavour & the overall experience was very good. Definitely recommend! Don't forget to follow me.

The appetizers were amazing. We loved the fried calamari & the chips with the spinach & cheese dip. I got the halloumi gnocchi as well. It was very good too but the gnocchi were a little too salty . My friends got the ribs & the fries & they absolutely loved it. I also got the abricot mocktail & I highly suggest it,it was very refreshing! Great experience overall, the watresses were also very nice

I always remember it being better in the past. The French fries aren't as good as they used to be.. overall food is ok now, everything else is still 5/5

Great place fast service. Have the fried chicken salad its amazing. Also their seafood pasta is the best.

The place looks amazing but sadly the food was mediocre at best. Got the seafood platter with a dry salmon, undercooked lobster tail & overcooked shrimp. The drinks were fun & tasty.
The waiter was polite & friendly but the long wait for the food sadly didn't help.

The place is right next to Sheraton Laval hotel. Quite pricey but the food was good. The octopus 🐙 was grilled to perfection, placed on a bed of smashed potato salad with halved cherry tomato. All was good taste wise & texture wise.
My friend had the beef tartare & it was good too.

Very good service, but the food was horrible because I was served rotten beef, it was even smelling. So I don't know why chef served something like that to me.
They just left me with questions I don't it's because of our origin.
& I nearly forgot Even my friend she ordered beef ribs which were bad but they just added a lot of barbecue sauce to cover it up.
But anyways it is what it is.
