We had a wonderful server, who was patient & explained everything in details. While the service was outstanding, the food was horrible. Everything was over salted, yet it lacked real flavour. The fries were limp & undercooked.

Nice cozy location, but most staffers requires a little bit of coaching when it comes to serving the general public. Will increase rating if an improvement is apparent next time I frequent this establishement. Kind regards
Very poor food experience at very exaggerated prices. Meal arrived with COLD garlic mashed potatoes, a large piece of broccoli & one of cauliflower & 2 small pieces of chicken with mushroom sauce. Had to wait to get hot garlic mashed potatoes. Total bill + tax & tip $79.34. Total value of both meals
Our waiter (who we had before) was edgy, impatient & not that friendly. Guess he was having a bad night. He missed things we asked for, walked away while my friend was talking to him, & sighed loudly.
But the food is great & other service experiences have been positive. Will definitely go back.
I ordered a takeout meal which consisted of a gluten free burger with fries & a caesar salad. My meal was delicious & prepared exactly as I asked. Thank you.
Review based on an Uber Eats order: The quality of food has really gone downhill, sadly. I ordered a Thai steak salad & the steak was raw. The salad felt like it came from a premixed bag. The steak was also not great quality (I had to pick the pieces out of the salad it to cook at home). The chocolate cake was very disappointing as well. You can find better cakes at IGA. Giving 2 stars because the ribs are decent…just don't bother with the rest of the menu.

This restaurant never disappoints! The dishes are always fresh with generous portions. The staff goes above & beyond to provide an amazing experience. It's a very well-run establishment. If you're looking for a guaranteed fantastic meal in a warm, cozy, & fun atmosphere, Baton Rouge on the West Island is unbeatable.
