The lobby was extremely crowded & distance protocols were not well managed. The hostess was rude despite the fact that we had reservations we were advised to wait by the side until a table became available & she couldn't even give us a time of readiness. It defeats the point of a reservation if we're made to wait without at least a guideline. The 3 stars is for the waiter & food, as both were good. Again however your hostess made us feel unwelcome & unvalued.
Food was amazing. Our server was amazing, His name was Tristan. It was so nice & enjoyable to go eat & have someone that love their job. If u go to Baton Rouge in DDO & u had Tristan as a server u know what I am talking about.
I just wish they had more chicken plates.
Always happy with the food but the service was lacking. Unfortunately I fear this is probably due to the job shortage. It was no reflection on our waiter or the staff who were wonderful.
