New review: as much as i had a horrible experience during the pandemic (gave one star) I have decided to add a new one. There is no doubt that Bagon Rouge has the best ribs. Service if good too. Because i started a tradition of going there for my birthday with my kids, I will be returning. OLD REVIEW indicated a plethora of things that went wrong with the order process, quality of food & wait time. I have removed the gory details but I was extremely disappointed & the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
The four of us really enjoyed our lunch, we each had something different, & we cannot wait to go back!!! Everything was terrible, seating, service & food was delicious!! Thank for looking after us so well. Carole Birker & gang of 3 others.
Extremely busy, but well organized location. We had reservations for 6:30 which we got seated on time, & everything came one after the other. Our server was amazing & so was the food, loved the new menu & drinks!
It was my husbands Birthday dinner, & he ordered the filet mignon it was just okay, he expected the same quality as the keg & found it fell short. He wouldn't order it again. But we did have a nice evening.

Le poulet frit pour enfant avait énormément de friture pour des morceaux très petits de poulet.
Le serveur excellent & l'hotesse très gentille & souriante en plus d'être très jolie

Just go elsewhere. Food is bland & uninteresting. Utensils & napkins were dirty & getting them replaced was a long wait. Never had water refilled or even asked if everything was ok.
Our server was amazing. We celebrated a birthday (with birthday hats etc) ... & she took the initiative of bringing the birthday girl a complimentary dessert with sparkler!
I am very disappointed in that when I had made & written in my reservation that I was celebrating my 14th wedding anniversary on that date there was no mention of it from anyone from the restaurant staff, even at the reception when we walked in..The next time I will go to the Keg for the same meal choice (Prime Rib) for our next special occasion where the Keg ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGES the occasion by the staff & in addition they always offer a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion..so in others words..... we will not be back.
I had a wonderful birthday here wasn't to busy the staff was friendly & very clean. I had the ribs & chicken absolutely loved it. Would certainly recommend if your In the area looking for an upscale steak house.
The waiter's sleeve almost touched my cole slaw when he was passing a plate to the person next to me. The wait staff should have served the ladies first
