Went for my son's 12th bday with 4 of his friends, the staff arranged a private booth for them with mom & I close by, but not seated with them. Service was excellent !! (THANKS T.H.!) Would I repeat the experience, absolutely!
We had reservations & showed up at the exact time. We were given a buzzer & told to wait. Another group, same size party walks in with a reservation for the same time & they were given their table right away. The lobby was full of people waiting yet there quite a few tables weee vacant. Seems chaotic & un-inviting . If I have a reservation, why give me a buzzer. First time this has happened to me at a restaurant.

Je suis toujours certaine d'avoir un bon service au Bâton Rouge DDO. Personnel souriant, menu qui change donc on se répète pas dans nos choix. Toujours propre, rapide & efficace! Toujours un bon choix!
Les portions ont été beaucoup réduites & ce n'est plus le bâton rouge que nous avions toujours choisi pour nos célébrations diverses en famille. Nous sommes clients depuis 18ans & nous sommes de plus en plus déçus.
Nous étions 6 personnes samedi le 6 janvier. Lorsque notre nourriture est arrivé à notre table, 4 de 6 de nos assiettes sont arrivées froide. Le serveur a repris nos assiettes & sommes revenu froid. Nous l'avons mentionné à notre serveuse & elle nous a répondu qu'elle s'e m'excuser mais à rien fait. Je trouve que c'est vraiment dommage car nous avions tellement le goût de bien mangé & apprécié notre repas, mais c'était pas le cas. Vraiment déçu!

Visited during the holidays so the restaurant was lively & had wonderful strings of light all around! In the past, I remembered this place as a nice restaurant for burgers. However, they've really improved their game since I last came! The food was incredibly fancy, & the proportions were as big as ever! There was also an interestinf variety of different foods!
The French fries were way too salty & the size of the desserts for the price was very small... if the portion was huge, the $13 for the Black Forest COULD be somewhat justified. Very disappointing
My burger was great! Sadly, the 4 other people who ordered fish found it too dry. French onion soup is delicious & side order of shrimp & scallops was excellent!
