Très belle expérience gastronomique. Nous étions 3 . Service á la hauteur dans un cadre agréable & intime. 2 bémols toutefois: 1)la musique d'ambiance bien trop forte ce qui oblige á élever la voix pour s'entendre. De plus le style de musique correspond plus à un bar de nuit branché qu'á un restaurant haut de gamme.
2) nous avons choisi un menu dégustation à 5 plats. Exquis! Mais il est arrivé 2 desserts a partager a 3 . Même si les portions étaient bien correctes , nous aurions apprécié d'avoir 3 assiettes individuelles. Ça aurait eu plus d'allure. & le sabayon plus pratique a déguster á la cuillère.
Si ces 2 points peuvent être corrigés, alors ce sera parfait!!

Walk past all the other tourist traps in old town & around the city & make your way to Barroco.
You will be VERY happy you did.
PS. The short rib is hands down the best I have ever eaten. It will be for you as well. But what ever you choose, you will leave with a full belly & smile on your face. Don't miss it.
What an incredibly superior experience! The food, venue & service were outstanding! My server was so passionate, knowledgeable & cheerful....the kind of enthusiasm as if it was his very own restaurant! Thank you for everything!
We are frequent diners of high end restaurants & I can honestly say that this was one of the best diners we have had in recent memory. Food quality, taste & preparation are simply above reproach. Our compliments to the chef.

Excellent services, très beau restaurant avec un magnifique cachet. Huîtres, Asperge, pieuvre, Paella & côte de boeuf, tous incroyablement bon. Bonne gestion & choix de vin.

Très bonne expérience, le personnel était souriant & prévenants, aux petits soins pour nous du début à la fin. Quant au repas, certainement l'une des meilleurs viande que j'ai jamais mangé. Le prix est à la hauteur de la qualité !

One of the top during my trip in Montreal. Oysters are fresh, steak is well seasoned & tastes amazing with truffle butter. Paella highly recommended, definitely worth trying!
