We had a reservation for 9pm but ended up waiting at the bar for 45 minutes without any acknowledgment for the wait, which was disappointing. however, the food was excellent-unique, flavorful, & really good. we loved it! the dessert, the crème au chocolat & madeleines, though, was the least impressive part of the meal
Came here for the late night menu special for 29$. We tried the beef tartare, the duck & the gnocchi. They were all delicious & flavorful. Definitely worth the price.
The ambiance is nice & cozy. The staff was friendly as well.
What a gem in Old Port! It was fascinating. The best food -including perfect game choice too- the hosting, thanks to Zoe ! The ambience is like a bit romantic, like a small dining room in an English castle! The bar bu itself is astonishing! We were hesitant for it is in a very touristic area but was too good to be true.
A very lovely dining experience! Made a reservation for my husband & I on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is very warm, cozy, & charming with stone walls, beamed ceilings, & filled with lovely antiques. We were seated at a cozy, corner table by the window. Our waiter was professional & personable. He was very present throughout our meal. We ordered two of their specialty cocktails, which were fantastic, & two apps (tartare & foie gras) & two entrees (duck & halibut), which were all divine. I HIGHLY recommend a wonderful time here!
Delicious food , we had braised meat, paella, terrine, pumpkin with foie gras , they were all very good, atmosphere is cozy , not cheap but it is worth it, would like go again soon
Place was nice, good environment. Honestly I was expecting more. I am Italian, so I have knowledge of European cuisine & that's just not it. It's nice, but not European & a little overpriced.
