Had a really good meal & enjoyed ourselves, buy my partner is dairy free & we were told nothing could be done to have a dessert option, so we left disappointed. Most restaurants offer to do something to accommodate.

The cocktails are amazing 🔥. It was my first time & I cannot complain. The lady at the entrance was nice, so was our waitress too. The tacos with the chicken are so tasty 😋, the meat patty of the burger was well seasoned too. The sauce for the fries will ne more bomb if they add more salt.
We loved it overall. & loved returning to a Borato sister after 6 years. The Char was slightly "fishy tasting" for the first few bites. Music was too loud for us. But we'd come back in a minute!
The food at Barroco has potential, but the excessive saltiness overshadowed the true flavors of the dishes. As for the service, it left much to be desired. Despite being told multiple times that someone would assist me, I waited for 10 minutes by the entrance. It's frustrating to see staff walking past while you're waiting, especially when the table was already set & ready. With some tweaks in seasoning & improved service, Barroco could truly shine. BTW I had the appointment & wasn’t walk in.
We did the tasting menu are really enjoyed most of the dishes. The pacing was a little off & really didn't care for the dessert. Service & ambiance were really nice, though.
Accommodating & charming staff made this experience welcoming & enlightening. Sat beside solid stone walls & wide wooden ceiling beams, every cell of this place tells a story. The food was extraordinary & the bartender Marc Antoine provided welcome guidance through the cocktail experience & set the stage for the main event. A place to discover & rediscover into infinity truly.
