If I can give the manager of special events zero star I would have. We called two weeks ago & discussed a private event for 30 people for July 10th, & after speaking with the manager we followed up with voice messages & emails to no avail. Today we called & she finally picked up the call, only to tell us this date is now not availble, & asked us to pick another date.
I don't recommend this place for anyone. Maybe just a drink at the bar.

Sat on the longue side & had a bit & a few drinks. The drinks are on the pricey side. Service was slow. Atmosphere was the reason why we booked a reservation.

Not what it should be.
Order black label, they only serve chivas. For 25$ a drink, get bl. Worse, the bartender says it's the same...

Bar George is hands down my go-to spot in Montreal. I absolutely love everything about it. The stunning decor & the incredible ambiance. The music always sets the right mood, whether you're there for drinks with friends or a special night out. The cocktails are consistently excellent, & the overall vibe keeps me coming back again & again. If you're looking for a place with character, great drinks, & an unforgettable atmosphere, Bar George never disappoints.

The restaurant is also a must-try. The food was beautifully presented & absolutely delicious.

Perfect place for afterworks, meetings, & special occasions. Avoid F1 nights - way too crowded for nothing special.

If you don't like crowds & people pushing each other around with their drinks like me, don't buy a ticket.

Thursdays are the best!

Valet parking available, plus underground parking as well.

Horrible service at the bar, by the bar man!
Tuesday at 2 pm.

Unfortunately this is not my first time, last time I had a horrible experience too, service wise.

2 drinks for 60$, I can't tolerate this kind of service.

Great atmosphere. But we had horrible service last night. I had a reservation booked for 9:30 pm in the dining room - when we arrived the girl at the front asked us if we were going to order a full course meal, we had planned to order some drinks & shareables not full meals so she wouldn't seat us because of that. We stood in line for over 30 minutes to be seated in the bar area & then finally when it was our turn I told another hostess about our situation & she said there must have been confusion because there was many tables open in the dining room & if we were to order food then we can sit there… by this time it's 10pm & the kitchen closed but they were able to take our order. So unfortunate because we had heard great things.
