The manager came out while we were waiting in line & started shouting that the bar was full & no one would be allowed in. The behavior felt unprofessional & he appeared intoxicated.
Our group of 10 engineering students didn't have a great time at this bar. The drinks were reasonably priced & the food was average. The fries, however, were delicious, especially with their homemade mayo. The biggest problem was the server's arrogance & the incredibly loud ambiance, making it impossible to have a conversation. I couldn't even hear my neighbour.
Expérience très décevante avec un des bouncers qui m'a parlé de façon irrespectueuse & condescendante, en me toisant de haut en bas avant de me crier'left arm', alors que ce n'était même pas le bon bras qu'il a estampiller. Aucune politesse & une attitude agressive inutile. Dommage, parce qu'une fois à l'intérieur, la vibe était excellente & l'endroit très agréable. Le problème vient clairement de l'accueil à la porte.
I went to that bar last night with a friend, spent around 30 minutes outside in line while raining, both security guard are so disrespectful, one started yelling at me, the other one declared that he did not like my vibe, he is not letting me in.
You guys should hire more respectful security guard with customer service.

I used to love this place, now not anymore. Got there & security told me I should wait in line like everyone else which is okay… when out of nowhere I see him putting 4 girls inside!! (Keep in mind I'm just 1 girl) of course after that I get upset & I'm like'how about me? I was here before & I'm just one girl' the security guy comes towards me & ask me to go in but before I do he put my stamp on my arm & says: You shouldn't have caused a scene, I was gonna let you in anyways.
So what was the point of this situation? To try to prove himself? Like I understand rules are to be made & I will respect them like I did but the way he acted is so not nice at all & kinda traumatizing when a security person comes to you saying that you caused a scene. Honestly is extremely sad to pass this kind of experience since I did so much love this place. Thank you for the good times.
Food is heated up in a microwave but whatever. Whats really shocking is the service. All the waitress wants is to get her bill paid. I ask for a drink at the table she sends me to the bar, saying she can't bring it. What kind of service is that.
