Nous étions un groupe de d'amies venues passer une belle soirée à manger & à prendre un verre. Malheureusement, le service que nous avons reçu n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Pendant une bonne partie de la soirée, notre serveuse était soit assise au bar, soit en train de manger, soit sur son téléphone, soit en train de fumer à l'extérieur. Nous devions constamment lui faire de grands signes pour attirer son attention afin de pouvoir commander, demander un autre verre ou simplement obtenir ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle donnait l'impression d'être complètement désintéressée & de ne pas avoir envie d'être là. À aucun moment elle n'a cherché à nous conseiller, à nous faire découvrir vos produits ou à rendre notre expérience agréable. En conséquence, nous avons consommé beaucoup moins que ce que nous avions prévu, ou avons l'habitude.. Nous avons payé près de 30$ par assiette & près de 20$ par consommation. À ce prix, on s'attend à recevoir un minimum d'attention & de professionnalisme. En plus de cela, plusieurs éléments de notre commande ont été oubliés. Chaque fois, la serveuse revenait simplement avec ce qui manquait, sans la moindre excuse ni reconnaissance de son erreur. Honnêtement, nous étions toutes les stupéfaites par la pauvre qualité du service. Nous avons même partagé quelques regards approbateurs avec les clients aux alentours. Ceux-ci semblaient vivre une expérience similaire. Il est très rare que je prenne le temps d'écrire un commentaire, mais cette expérience était suffisamment décevante pour que je juge important de le faire.
Cute Bar that turns into a dance floor later (at least on the Saturday we went). We had such amazing service & the manager was extra kind. He offered to replace our drinks when we knocked them over by accident. New spot unlocked for our girls night that's for sure!!
Arrived in Montreal last night & went to Bar Furco. Food was quite good & the service was amazing. The bartender Kennedy did a great job of engaging with us & gave us tips about Montreal & kept the drinks flowing & recommended some really great dishes. Their new salad is awesome & I enjoyed the lobster pasta.

Vraiment meilleur bar de Montréal si on aime les ambiances Afro, hip-hop le week-end. Pas besoin de se prend la tête, si t'as du temps libre en soirée, tu lèves, tu y vas & tu es certain de passer une bonne soirée. Très bien situé pas loin du quartier des spectacles, le cadre est propre & bien de coté, l'entrée est gratuite & les verres à un prix décent. Une valeur sûre depuis des années.
Called sad by bar staff because I came here by myself. The bartender was dressed like a stripper. No shade but this place fell off hard from when it first opened.
Probably one of my favourite bars in Montreal now. The service was great & so were the drinks & food. I have this spot saved now to continue to come back!
Vigiles à l'entrée très méchant ne laisse pas rentrer des gens normaux alors que l'endroit état vide. Le videur avec la tête carré pas le sénégalais (Alioune) prend pour un gérant il refuse deux gars très gentils & très propres pour aucune raison j'hallucine toutes les fois où j'y vais les gens se font recalés me font de la peine car ils sont recalés sans raison. Je suis énervée & ça me dégoûte. Un moment donné c'est qu'un bar on est pas sur les champs Élysée genre je suis dégoûtée dégoûtée d'être témoins de ce genre de situations …. C'est chiant & clairement je vais continuer de prévenir les gens des comportement des videurs que vous tolérerez !!!!
The manager came out while we were waiting in line & started shouting that the bar was full & no one would be allowed in. The behavior felt unprofessional & he appeared intoxicated.
I went to that bar last night with a friend, spent around 30 minutes outside in line while raining, both security guard are so disrespectful, one started yelling at me, the other one declared that he did not like my vibe, he is not letting me in.
You guys should hire more respectful security guard with customer service.
Our group of 10 engineering students didn't have a great time at this bar. The drinks were reasonably priced & the food was average. The fries, however, were delicious, especially with their homemade mayo. The biggest problem was the server's arrogance & the incredibly loud ambiance, making it impossible to have a conversation. I couldn't even hear my neighbour.
