Review Summary

Atelier Asie receives praise for generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming vibe, with several reviews highlighting delicious dishes like the bibimbap and fast, friendly service along with pleasant music and a helpful staff; however one Korean beef bento box disappointed some diners with a portion that did not resemble the menu image and flavors that did not feel Korean, leading to some hesitation about a return, while others still praised value, a hidden gem status, and meals described as scrumptious.

Affordable but quality could have been better. & I don't understand the positives on their gen tso. It has too much batter making the meat unappealingly doughy & dense in taste & texture.

A much appreciated small cozy spot for lunch in the middle of the financial district. The price is very affordable but the portion is decent so you won't break your bank for having lunch here. Most of the time, the owner offers clients with some complimentary food (imperial rolls, macaron, cookies, etc.) without even programming the tips in the paying machine so don't forget to bring a few pennies in your pocket - it will come handy! You should try their bento or bibimbap, they're well balanced with protein, rice & fresh veggies so it won't make you feel sleepy after. Dumplings & imperial rolls are good for those who prefer fast food style. If you decide to go for ramen, remember this is not their specialty & the price they charge is probably 2/3 of what other ramen places nearby will cost you so don't be too harsh on the chef. Last but not least, I would recommend you to order for take-out if you're with a big group.
