This was truly a great culinary experience from the beginning to the end. The fact that the meal had a story to it made you feel at home. Every service was well explained & every wine as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful for allergies.

The fact that we were able to have a service in the kitchen & meet the staff was a great touch. Then finishing the experience in a speakeasy type environment was the best way to finish a meal. The food was incredible & very filling. The wine pairing were on point as well.

Only thing that didn't make our experience perfect was that everything felt a bit rushed. A few times we found ourselves with numerous glasses of wine on the table as it was being served too quickly. & we aren't that slow at drinking. Even the food at times were the same way. I've been to other type of places with chef menu's & it wasn't like this. However, i would still definitely recommend the experience.

Des amis nous ont fait découvrir un resto spécial, ludique, amusant, intéressant, délicieux, innovateur …
Chaque plat vient avec une page d'histoire de Fred Pellerin.
Mon côté éducatrice joueuse s'était enflammé , émerveillé, amusé.
& mon palais s'est régalé.
