Wow! Quelle soirée! Tout était plus que parfait! Enfin, j'ai compris pourquoi ce temps de verbe existait ;-). La qualité de la nourriture, les saveurs, l'accord des vins, la présentation, la variété, la quantité, le service... c'était incroyable. Le chef qui élabore les plats est un vrai génie! Nous y étions un jeudi soir. Merci encore pour cette belle soirée parfaite!

It was the most wonderful birthday celebration I ever experienced! The 10 course tasting meal was incredible with local ingredients delightfully paired with crisp whites, full bodied red wines or artfully crafted mocktails. Each setting was exceptional, an exploration of rich flavours & creativity. The service couldn't have been better - friendly, attentive & genuine. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those seeking a memorable dining experience, Congratulations to Chef Olivier & his team…bravo!

Ma seule déception est de ne pas pouvoir donner plus d'étoiles. Le service, l'ambiance, la nourriture, l'expérience... Que du gros WOW! C'est aussi le meilleur foie gras poêlé que j'ai eu la chance de goûter. Bravo au chef Olivier & à son équipe! Je recommande chaudement!

A tasting menu restaurant - not for me, or so I thought, until I experienced a four hour dining extravaganza at l'Asteur. My preconceived opinion of this type of meal was quickly transformed with the very first amazing dish. & with each subsequent presentation, I found myself actually taking the time to truly savour & enjoy each & every bite. It was definitely a delicious dining adventure that I thoroughly enjoyed. Combined with the incredible service team, you'll feel like royalty throughout the fine-dining experience.

We were a large group of 11 people . We ALL had an amazing experience! The service was impeccable! With such a group we were all served at the same time for each of the 10 courses. The pacing was perfect. Each course left us with just enough time for the next surprise to come. We took the time to eat with our eyes first & enjoyed the fine details & care given to each delectable dish. The flavours & textures of each course was astounding! There was always a combination of delightful surprises in both texture & taste! What a treat for the palate as well as the eyes! Very highly recommended!
