Great experience at this new lounge !!!! Staff , manager , food & overall lounge was 10/10.
Poor service & very poor customer service. Waited for 10 minutes at the front for someone to come. & Waited for 30 min & no food got delivered. Staff keep on saying they're checking. After 45 min, I left.
Very surprised of how poor the attitude of staff was.
Service is excellent & process of get in the longe is very simple. Front desk beautiful lady explained everything with a good manner & behaviour. Ample space.
I really enjoyed the service from Hamza he was very kind & respectful, experiences like this make us want to come back to the Amex lounge
After trying this lounge & reviewing it as a Visa-Dragon Pass user, I can say that it is not worth the time you spend waiting to get in. The food quality is average at best, & in some cases poor. You must order everything through your phone, one dish or drink at a time, & each order takes around 10 to 15 minutes to arrive.
To even have the option of using the lounge, you need to join the waiting list at least 5 hours in advance, & they will only allow entry 3 hours before your flight. In my case, I arrived 5 hours early & was called only 2.5 hours before my flight. I don't think someone arriving just 3 hours before departure would have any chance of getting in.
Overall, I no longer think this lounge service is worth it.
Hamza & Mouvad sont très gentils. Ils nous ont donné un excellent service, en plus qu'une bon conseil pour les plats & les boissons a? commander. On est très contents d'être client de la banque CIBC & ses sallons VIP. Merci beaucoup !
MLL Client, here because our lounge is closed. So glad it was. We walked right in at lunch time on a Sunday. The food was excellent & the table ordering via QR code was simple & fast. It is smaller than the MLL down the hall, but brighter, cleaner. We chose a table but there are variety of options. Loved the service - - staff were more than friendly. Thanks YUL domestic / you exceeded expectations
I had a great experience at the Aspire International Longue thanks to the wonderful receptionist! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly & helped guide me through the menu with patience & a friendly attitude. Even though the cafeteria was busy, she stayed calm, organized, & made everyone feel welcomed.
Her name is Zora, & she is such a super kind girl with an amazing attitude. She was so smiley the whole time, & her positive energy truly made my day. It's not often you meet someone who can brighten your travel experience like that. Thank you, Zora, you made my day very good!
I had a great time at the lounge. The food was great. So were the cocktails (highly recommend the Gin cocktail). I also want to add the staff here is super helpful. I had a small incident as I lost my luggage at the security clearance & Dahlia the security manager was extremely helpful. She along with the Airport security manager Syed helped me find my bag by raising a complaint to the security team. They both went out of their way to help me locate it: lastly hands down the best coffee in Montreal airport. Highly recommend this place!
No line at 5am, kind staff, beautiful seating, but the food sucked. Ordered french toast, got bread pudding. Ordered a berry salad, got canned fruit. Ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich, didnt arrive at all. No tea, self serve coffee machine only. Honestly would have been better if it was just a simple buffet; the a la carte service got my expectations up!
Wonderful experience & the food was excellent. Staff was accommodating & friendly! Well done.
Worst lounge ever! I waited for almost 1.5 hours before a representative came to ask for my name & details, only to put me back on the waiting list for another hour. Meanwhile, others without any passes were being let in. Why accept passes at all if you plan to give priority to others?
Absolutely the worst lounge experience… the staff were terrible.
terrible staff, unprofessional & rude at the same time. keep delaying the priority passes holder & making excuse of waiting list, but at the same time giving entry to the people who are buying on the spot. So partial & pathetic.
I guess this is the only Aspire lounge in Canada that doesn't recognize Westjet status???
We were lucky we spent a few minutes for our departure in this lounge - the food & the staff were top notch - really enjoyed the quality of food & the agility of the staff to prepare & deliver them. We were exteremely in rush but as an order base lounge, it took us the same as a buffet lounge, but expect some delays if it's busy, it was not in our case.
