lounge(102) options(20) drink(19) buffet(14) busy(13) limited(13) flight(12) comfortable(12) airport(12) clean(11) coffee(10) system(10)We waited an hour on the waitlist only to come back to check our status & be told that we would only receive access 2hrs before boarding. They will only honour three hours before'departure', even though boarding is required nearly an hour before departure so you would not get anywhere close to the three hour access that they advertised. In addition, this is not a lounge. Just a subpar restaurant that offers'table service' but nothing more like a place to nap, rest, or shower. I would not recommend this'lounge' to anyone. It is useless if you are wanting to find a place to rest while connecting flights. I was extremely disappointed.
They didn't provide an estimate of wait time & made us wait TWO hours until we give up. I didn't carry my Amex Platinum card with me which will allow me to jump queue. But my priority pass show the Amex link. My understanding in Canada only platinum card & higher provide priority pass, but they don't care
They have a very bad food/drink ordering system that misses the orders & we keep waiting for a long time without knowing what is going on. I spent 1.5 h & only got one small dish. All my other orders were missed. Food is not good either.
I was mistreated when I got there after so many flight cancelations & over 24 hours of flight chaos & they didn't not let me in because it was not within the 3 hours before my flight even though the lounge was empty.
I'm an Amex platinum member.
I understand procedure but a bit of humanity would be appreciated. The lounge was empty.
The quality of the food is fantastic, as is the layout of the lounge. Its small but spacious at the same time. Fairly quiet too. No open buffet, you order your food from one of the designated tables.
Portions limitées donc si mauvais choix on ne peux plus manger, la seule option disponible. nul
Very disappointing experience. I was told there was a waiting list for Priority Pass/DragonPass access, then I lounge was visibly half empty the entire time. I waited over 3 hours & never received any call or update.
The so-called'waiting list' feels misleading & poorly managed. If capacity is available, access should be granted instead of making passengers wait indefinitely with no communication.
For a lounge carrying the Amex name, this level of organization & transparency is unacceptable.
Not enough vegetarian options. Mostly appetizers. Even the salad has Caesar dressing with anchovies in it. & then it's MAc n Cheese as a dinner meal. Which is a kids food item.
Bartender was very friendly & accomodating to my cocktail requests. The digital menu you order your drinks off of is limited, but if you ask him in person he's welcome to any manner of customization you'd like
I ordered a custom Negroni (whisky instead of gin, dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth), highly recommend
