A nice place in the middle of Quartier Latin with music playing in the background. The walls are filled with intricate cultural designs with a lot of history. The food is super delicious whether Nachos, Fajitas, Tacos or Enchiladas 😍 My friends really like this place & the staff is super kind & social who want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Montreal😊 UPDATE: Been there many times & as always love the authentic food & atmosphere ! Definitely a 11/10 restaurant ❤?

Edit: came back when I heard they had a great brunch menue & OMG, absolutly amazing!!! Chicken tacos were to die for, enchiladas were great (green ones 👌👌👌) & the pancakes were absolutly amazing. I'm not even a fan of pancakes (more a crêpes person usually) but I'm coming back just for them!
Great service, great food, the crème brûlée pancakes were definitely the star of the show. The Birria tacos were great, but they were lacking some flavour. Would still come back to try other dishes:)

We were surprisingly let in on a busy night, with no reservations (i still recommend you reserve) 🙏 super sweet staff & waiters.
Vibe was nice, restaurant was packed!!

Found this place from an Instagram food influencer hyping this place to have the best tacos in town. I was very disappointed. The birria tacos had the Instagrameable cheese pull which I don't care about since it didn't taste like much. Even the caldo de birria didn't smell nor tasted like the spices used for birria.
Not terrible food, but overpriced for the taste that you get.
Service & atmosphere is good enough. Nothing to complain about.

Food was absolutely delicious, birria tacos were generously filled with so much meat & cheese & the little side of chips with guacamole, pico & sour cream were soooo good! That being said, the service & atmosphere almost overshadowed it. My fiancé & I walked in with reservation & was immediately sat, however at a busy restaurant with most tables filled, they only had 2 waiter/waitress & a busser. Shortly after we were sat, the waitress left, leaving just the waiter & the busser. Our food came out at a decent time, as our plates were collected he asked if we wanted dessert. We said no, just the check. He said okay & left. Over 30 minutes later after watching him deliver other tables checks & completely over looking us, we finally got his attention & we got the check. On top of that, the seats were so so so close together I would watch people uncomfortably try to make it work when others sat behind them. Would suggest for dine out, but not dining in.
Staff is really nice & helpful. The drinks are to die for, the horchata cocktail tastes exactly like horchata but for grown ups & the maracuya colada is so refreshing. We had the nachos, the birria tacos & two churros everything was flavorful & tasty.

Côté cocktails, la margarita mangue, la margarita fruit de la passion & le cocktail hibiscus ont sublimé l'expérience avec des notes rafraîchissantes & équilibrées.

The wait for a table was disgustingly long, especially when the table was sitting empty during our whole wait.
Having said that, the waiters were amazing & had great energy. I think it's just up to the owners to hire more staff because there were 2 waiters manning 17 tables! So they gave every table so little of their time & were always in a hurry.
Food was delish but also.. nothing to wait super long for. I feel like this same quality (which is great) can be found at one of those local taco spots with no tables.
The two people dining with me really LOVED their margaritas so I think it's worth it.

Authentic Mexican flavors served by an amazing host. Nachos were hot & fresh, the tacos were so flavorful. It was a highlight of our trip to Montreal. Will definitely be back again & again.
Coming from Toronto to such a recommended Mexican cuisine it's unbelievable how good the service was especially our host & servicer, but the food was amazing especially the burria tacos, unbelievable you have to try it if your around worth the wait in line.
The beef birria tacos were very good, wish they came with more of the sauce though. The chips & salsa left a lot to be desired. The area we were sat in was weirdly brightly lit, & the tables were very close to one another, but otherwise nice. The menus could use a wipe down. I also got a very pretty mojito. I would go again for the birria tacos.
Best Mexican restaurant I ever went to. I recommend a pineapple nachos, it is very good. Also try the beef tacos they are all very good. Beware that a lot of stuff is very spicy🌮🌯🫔👍👌 please go here, you will love it ❤?
