The number of times we've been disappointed here has been frustrating. We live nearly two hours away & have driven there twice around 2 p.m., only to be told that brunch had already stopped despite being advertised until 3 p.m.
We also had an issue with takeout. We called around 1:30 p.m. & were told it could be accommodated, only to be told shortly afterward that it couldn't. We were already on our way, so the conflicting information resulted in a wasted trip.
The biggest issue has been the communication & inconsistency. If brunch hours or kitchen policies have changed, the advertised hours should be updated & staff should be given accurate information to provide customers.
UPDATE: I want to give credit where it's due. The manager reached out to us personally & went above & beyond to make things right. His service & willingness to listen really changed our experience.
He was able to accommodate us right away, which meant a lot because we were leaving for Ontario today & didn't know when we'd have another opportunity to come back. We truly appreciated his effort, professionalism, & understanding.
Though, our original experience was frustrating, but the way the manager handled the situation showed genuine care for his customers. Thank you for taking the time to make things right. It made a meaningful difference to us.
2026 dine in: brunch was excellent, enjoyed my flavoured latte too. Friendly service, fun decor.
2021 Delivery: shared the grilled chicken, pineapple pork, beef, & shrimp tacos. All of them were great. The blend of seasoning was perfect, a bit of a South Asian inspiration I think. Horchata was addictively tasty. The bunuelo is just a dry hollow fried dessert, should have probably googled that first. Probably get the churros next time.
Went to this cute brunch place with some good friends & Violeta our server was so sweet! The amount of plants decorating the place & the music also give the restaurant a humble atmosphere. Food & drinks were also wonderful
If you're looking for a halal-friendly brunch spot… this one is SUCH a good find 🤭🌮✨
The pancakes??? Absolutely insaneeee. Soft, fluffy, flavorful - easily the highlight for me 😭🫶🏼
The whole vibe & food were really good, especially knowing the menu is halal-friendly 🙌🏼
Only thing I'd say: the drinks were a little too sweet for my taste, but still cute & refreshing!
Definitely worth trying if you love Mexican brunch spots in Montreal 🌞
Good place overall, but the service was very slow. I understand brunch hour can be busy, but this place seemed to follow a 20/20/20-minute rule. We waited about 20 minutes to be noticed, then after asking for two to-go containers, we only received one & had to wait again for the second. After asking for the bills, we waited another 20 minutes, & another staff member eventually had to bring them. It felt like if we needed something, we had to get up & go to the counter just to be noticed. The place itself was nice, but the wait after each request made the experience frustrating.
