I enjoyed the flavor of the pork ribs & felt they were cooked just right. The portions weren't very big though, so I had to eat my kids leftovers. Prices were comparable to the other restaurants in the market.
Food was Ok. I expected something more tasty. The fries were good, but the sandwich was heavy on mustard & the meat wasn't the greatest. The chicken sandwich wasn't too bad. It looked like they used vacuum seals for all their food. Service was slow, & not enthusiastic at all. It was very busy in the time out market & seats were difficult to find.

J'ai eu ma toute première expérience de cuisine japonaise au restaurant Le Blossom du Time Out Market le dernier 01 mai, & c'était une vraie découverte ! C'était un déjeuner professionnel & je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement heureux. j'ai pris un Bol Poké Saumaun-Thon & j'ai craqué pour un gâteau fait maison, vraiment délicieux ! C'était un vrai festin ! L'ambiance était top & tout était nickel. Je recommande cet endroit à tous ceux qui veulent se régaler & passer un bon moment !
Really nice place-a lot of small cozy restaurants represent in Time out market. It feels like a New York style, so a little bit crowded in the beginning, but after 10 min you're already In. We tasted "ChezSion" smash burger & beacon beacon burger 🍔 & were really delicious, but I sow another interesting places so soon will come again
27$ pour un smoked meat (assez gras merci), des frites secs & une salade de chou qui baigne dans son jus: on repassera! Je comprends que je suis au Time Out Market (pis ça ne me dérange pas de payer 25-30$ pour un plat du genre), mais je peux-tu au moins avoir l'impression que ça valait ça?
Located on the top floor of the Eaton Centre, Time Out Market has an great atmosphere & vibe. I have yet to try any of the restaurants, but the beer/wine bar was above my expectations. Bartenders & staff are very friendly & welcoming. Prices are fairly reasonable, I'd recommend the Flacatoune beer by Microbrasserie Charlevoix. 🍺 Can get very busy after five on weeknights, so arrive early.

I get it. I get the whole experience & vibe the Time Out Market wants to achieve with the beautiful industrial & modern dimly lit interiour, giving it an intimate & community driven atmosphere. There's even workshops to learn about various cookings! But maybe it's me who decided to come during a saturday, but the music's loud, people kept shoving my bag from the lack of walking space, the food took so long that I forgot to take a picture of it (albeit I was very hungry lol). It wants to appear as this classy powerhouse of casual dining amidst montreal's downtown, well situated at the central floor of the eaton centre, but the overpriced food, the portion, the lack of flavour that would've compensated for the overpriced food, felt like I was truly being ripped off from an episode of Black Mirror. I didn't really like my experience no matter how pretty the whole aesthetic & concept of it wants me to believe. I just felt overwhelmed & feeling anything but casual. Just go to Le Central. (For reference sake, I dined at Chez Simon)
The Time Out market in Montreal is 100% worth visiting if you love food! It has various cuisine options & it's hard to choose one! I ended up going with the barbeque option & got a great plate of steak & fries which were both 10/10! There is a reserved seating section (18+) & a generic cafeteria seating style in front of all the restaurant options. Endless options for food & drinks!
Assiette méchoui La portion était raisonnable, assez tiède, mais c'est vraiment le côté qualité qui n'était absolument pas au rendez-vous. Viande coriace, aucunement tendre, préparez-vous à mâcher de longues minutes. Le service était courtois. L'ambiance du Time Out Market est terrible. On a essayé. Style cafétéria pas pour moi. N'y retournerai pas (En général, mais surtout pas au America's BBQ).

Americas BBQ never lets me down from the 2 times I went eating there. Superb presentations, amazing meat cuts, layered taste. Sure, price is premium for the quantity, for those outraged by it, but so is every premium meat spot today, especially for timeout market. 🤷 Highly recommended.
J'ai pris le saumon & c'était bon, c'est le principal. L'accompagnement (purée de pomme de terre) était correct sans plus.
Ça reste plutôt correct, surtout vu certain trucs pas terrible sur certains stands du time out market
