Had an awesome late morning at Café Améma with my 13-year-old son & nephew on Saturday. The place was buzzing with energy, but the service was still quick & super friendly. Even with the rush, everything came out fresh & fast.
I had the gnocchi, which was packed with flavor, & we shared the burrata so creamy & delicious. The vibe was just right modern, relaxed, & welcoming for all ages.
After a couple of hours of chilling & enjoying ourselves, we realized just how great of a place it was-comfortable, inviting, & the kind of spot you just want to hang out at.
Before heading out, I couldn't resist sneaking in a cannoli for dessert & I'm so glad I did. Perfectly crispy, creamy, & just the right amount of sweet. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
Beautiful café with a lot of places to sit. My kids loved the tables that looked like little houses. They also loved the seating with all the colorful cushions. I had a cappuccino & my kids the hot chocolates. We love the designs on our drinks. I tried the Dubai cookie. If you love chocolate, this is the cookie for you. Beware, sugar rush. My daughter had the raspberry'supreme.' It looks like a rolled up croissant with fushia cream on top. We both loved the pistachio cream & raspberry jam inside. It was divine. My son had a normal croissant. It was really crunchy outside & fluffy & buttery inside. It's a bit expensive but the quality is there.

Les pâtisseries sont très bonnes & le café aussi. Le personnel travaille fort car malgré l'achalandage, tout le monde est en action. L'endroit est super beau & l'ambiance est très bonne. 5/5!

Ce n'est certainement pas un bon café pour étudier tranquillement, beaucoup trop de gens & très bruyant. La nourriture était médiocre, cher pour ce que c'était & aucun assaisonnement…
Super cool atmosphere, loved this hidden spot in downtown. Tumeric latte was very special if you like the taste of tumeric in cafe. I loved the Avocado mushroom toast, very fresh. Kannafe & matcha cookie were nice choices.
Lovely place to hang out for a while, I saw a lot of people working there, finding a free table is a little bit tricky, we had a slice of pizza & some pastries, they were all very good, beautiful building & atmosphere. One of the many Cafés in montreal worth the visit
Le cadre magnifique , café normale ,vinnoiserie & la pâtisserie catastrophique ( sucre exagéré, chocolat utilisé mauvaise qualité) les prix très chers par apport à la qualité.
La fraîcheur des produits laissait a désirer. J'avais plus l'impression qu'il s'agissait d'une place Instagram pour prendre des photos que pour apprécier un bon café & de bonnes pâtisseries.

Local moyen au niveau déco mais surprise dans l'assiette, très honnête, ingrédients de qualité, très bon café. Rareté dans ce coin du centre ville, pour une visite au MBAM ou autres, on adopte ! Terrasse cute à l'arrière
C'est très beau & grand comme espace. Ça vaut la peine d'être vu une fois sans plus. L'ambiance est froide & le service à la clientèle est minime, limite condescendant (qui lui vaut les 2 étoiles). Le café est bien ordinaire & pas à la hauteur du prix. Je préfère encourager les petits cafés de quartier indépendants. Les gens qui y vont pour travailler semblent ne pas être les bienvenus. C'est une bonne place pour les touristes.

Les croissants sont délicieux, fraîchement préparés & d'une qualité qui ravit les papilles. C'est l'endroit idéal pour démarrer la journée avec une tasse de café savoureux & un petit-déjeuner qui ne déçoit jamais. Recommandé chaudement pour ceux qui apprécient une bonne ambiance, un service impeccable & des mets délicieux dans un cadre agréable.
It's a self-service cafe/restaurant but the person serving me behind the counter gave me excellent recommendations for my first time here & I highly appreciated it! It truly elevated my experience & I'm so grateful! The blueberry almond croissant is amazing & hit the spot (not too sweet but excellent fresh texture) & I can't wait to try my crookie later! The coffee is good! I look forward to the opportunity to come back! 😊
