Waiter (young fellow) was nice & quick. Not impressed with the behind the counter staff, did not even provide wifi password (although in the wifi options you can clearly see there are several). I stopped by the place to have a quick bite & work a bit but that was not possible . Should improve

I had a very disappointing experience with the poutine at this establishment. It was honestly one of the worst I've ever had in Montreal, & I'm quite surprised at how poorly prepared such a seemingly straightforward dish like fries could be.
I ordered a lasagna with extra peppers+ mushrooms (with extra fees) & it was delivered without the extras. The manager was willing to rectify the situation right away without question. That's great customer service!!! Plus the food was delicious:)

Food is amazing, best poutine & smoked meat I had in Montreal. The interior is also really pretty!
The staff were all patient & very hard-working the whole time. Food came pretty fast.
The food is exceptional. The smoked meat is very clearly done well. However, the portions are HUGE. I went with 5 people, you can probably all be full with 2-3 dishes.
Will definitely be back.
Let me start off by saying this: The food here was incredible, not only was the taste immaculate but everything about this place, from the convenient location to the exceptional service was amazing. The real reason why I write this review is to praise the new worker Juan. Around 5 months ago in February, I was out driving back from a hard & gruelling day of work, it was cold & snowy outside & at the worst moment, my car ran low on gas, so there I was, pulling up to the gas station when I reached into my pocket, & nothing. My heart sinks into my chest, sweat dribbling down my forehead despite the cold. I forgot my wallet at work. But like an angel, a boy walks up to me in my precarious situation, & in an act of kindness, gives me a 20 dollar bill to pay my gas off. I asked for his name, but as he walked away he looked at me & said,'When the world wants you to pay it back, you'll know.' As he disappeared into the night. Months later I come to the green spot to try out some food & there I see him. The angel, my saviour, the man himself. He introduced himself & Juan & recognised me from the night where he saved me many moons ago. I think it was god himself sending me to this blessed restaurant to show that kindness really pays off. I tried to tip him 50 after my meal, but he said'Keep it, it would mean the world to me if you passed it on.' Greatest moment of my life would do it again.
It's a cute diner inside that has done well in keeping it's classic aesthetic in good condition. A must go place for poutine-lovers. True classic Quebec cuisine.
