The service was flawless & friendly & the food? It's creative Asian fusion & done extremely well. Our table of 4 ordered a number of dishes to share: oysters, burrata with kimchi, salmon tartare with ikura, eggplant, lamb, octopus, & crudo. & everything was delicious! We will definitely go back again to try the other half of the menu. Many thanks to Julian & Chanel for the fun dinner service & the perfect summer evening! It will definitely be a birthday to remember!
Fresh clean bright flavors. The oysters (raw or fried) are amazing. The crudo is so perfect. The team cares about what they do & it shows. One of the best places I've ever eaten in MTL.
Jamais déçu quand je vais y manger. Je prends du poisson ou des fruits de mer à chaque fois. Huîtres, crudo ou pieuvre. Après j'explore, la carte évolue régulièrement. Service rapide & courtois. Un peu dispendieux mais entièrement justifié.
Came across this restaurant coincidentally & I'm pleasantly amazed! The food was delicious, the decor & music amplified the experience.
We took the mushroom dumplings & the fried eggplant. De-Lish ⭐?
Crudo was surprisingly light & fresh.
Lamb skewer was flavourful & rich.
The fried chicken was tender & bursting with flavours.
We ended the night with the matcha cake. Perfectly light & airy.
We came here for dinner & ordered four dishes (one appetizer for $12, one dish for $17, one for $21, & the last for $28) along with a beer. We enjoyed the fried oyster mushroom, & the crudo was nice too. However, the octopus, despite being the most expensive dish, could have been better-it was missing some flavor. As soon as we sat down, our waitress strongly suggested that we order at least 6-8 dishes for three people (including one young child) since the dishes are meant to be shared. As I mentioned, we didn't order all the dishes within the $12-$14 range, but the waitress gave us a look with our order. I don't think it's good service to make customers feel uncomfortable like that. We don't need this treatment & will not come back.
Oysters, dumplings, Bao buns, crudo were all delicious. Service was friendly & attentive. The mad tea party shooters were perfect.
We had an absolutely lovely dinner for 5. The place is small so make a reservation! The food - Every dish was thoughtful, tasty & well presented. Our favourites were the duck confit, the cheese corn, the crudo & the shrimp Bao. The favours were rich & balanced. The mix drinks were also very well paired & delicious. The pecan pie was also a favorite at the end. Our server was informative, pleasant & attentive. It's rare I leave a restaurant feeling as though it was worthwhile but this one certainly was! So good we didn't take pictures. Just ate EVERYTHING.
The waitress was very insightful & kind. We came to eat before the rush & we were hesitating between 2 cocktails. She gave us 2 small samples so we could choose which one to order. We ordered oysters, crudo, lamb meatballs, duck confit & jjamppong paella... & wow. We were in awe after each dish. Especially the paella.. the harmony of spicy & buttery goodness with seafood.. 20/10
Everything was absolutely perfect. We tried at least 7 of the dishes & all of them were so good. The LA Galbi, the octopus, the crudo, the oysters, the tartare, the dumplings & the Menbosha is what we took. We sat at the bar which is right where you can see the cooks do their magic. The service was impeccable! They took attention to detail, & knew their menu throughout. They described each plate & gave us excellent recommendations. Im very much excited to go back to try the other dishes. One of my new favorite spots!
I loved this restaurant before but I found that last night the taste & overall presentation have gone down since I was there this summer. The food was always adventurous & refined. Yesterday the dumplings were the same, but the cauliflower was tough, not bright, & the plating was average. The soup was good but the calamari were tough & chewy. The crudo was delicious but not plated as well as it used to be. My friend & I were disappointed. I hope this was just a bad night.
Bravo!
Delicious food, tasty drinks. In the current market, reasonable prices. The staff are super!!! Everyone from greeter, to servers, to kitchen staff.
& the food.... the crudo & cauliflower were outstanding. Raw fish & seafood with aioli & delicate & fragrant herbs & raise each bite to a delicacy.
I highly recemmend this place.
The food was absolutely fantastic. Flavorful bites. A must try in Montréal. I was really impressed with dinner. We started with their seasonal corn & cuttlefish soup. Then got oysters, duck hearts, steak & potatoes & crudo. Everything was super fresh & beautifully presented. Great staff & vibes.
We had 5 dishes & every one of them were amazing! The Crudo dish of sashimi, the Corn dish that was flamed/ charbroiled, the delicious Shrimp toast fried on 4 sides...yumm, & then the incredible porcini Dumplings...wow!! OMG, Must go back!!!
Petit bistro coréen à Griffintown avec pleins de petits plats à partager de style tapas. Excellents petits plats, surtout le crudo! Le personnel est super gentil & prend le temps pour nous aider à choisir.
