What a shame I didn't discover this restaurant sooner! We had an incredible dining experience there. Truly one of a kind experience, with the loveliest, most knowledgeable wait staff & an incredible (& humble!) kitchen team. The menu is very well thought out & has a great balance of veggie, meat & fish options.
I do not eat meat & was able to try out so many dishes on the menu regardless. The portions are really generous for the price & the flavors are out of this world!!
I will be shouting about this restaurant from the rooftops.
Also thank you to Matis & his brother for a lovely service! :)

Creative & very tasty food!

My partner & I tried pretty much every vegetarian option on the menu & of course shared every plate. The food was great nicely prepared & super tasty. We especially enjoyed the spacing out of the dishes, & of course the service. One dish arrived a few minutes after we had finished the last one. Very attentive!

I would definitely go again & have the dumplings;)

We had a really nice experience here. We got 5 dishes & each was very flavorful & well thought-out & executed in terms of texture, spice, & cookery. My husband's favorite was the ragu & I loved the crab cake, but there were no misses! I think some of the plates were a little pricey, but they were ultimately really delicious.

The food & atmosphere was great! Totally worth the price. I would however recommend going with 4-6 people so you can share & try more dishes :)

A very fun evening. When you look at the menu & see that every item looks like something you want to try... you know you are likely to have a great experience. This was the case for us, we were two couples out for a weeknight soirée & we loved every dish. One drawback is parking, which is not a new challenge for the Atwater/Notre Dame area... Prices for the dishes are reasonable in today's world, & portion sizes were generous. We will be back!

Cool Asian fusion restaurant. The server was friendly & patient with our group of seven who had many questions.

The grilled octopus & fresh oysters were delicious - our favorite dishes of the night. The paella was our least favorite: a little mushy & bland. The desserts were amazing, as were the cocktails & mocktails. Highly recommend for the ambience & flavors.

Went on a Friday night. We had some exceptional good value dishes like the eggplant, the crudo & the fried chicken, all made with incredibly fresh ingredients! Best kimchi I ever had & the rice is the purple kind! Felt indulgent even though the food is really healthy when you think of it lol. I really enjoyed the watermelon cocktail tart, sweet & original. Great modern decor with plants everywhere & lots of light. The ambiance was on the loud side, but it was a Friday night. I am very happy that this new restaurant is so popular, they deserve it. That said, while our server was great service was slow, but I attribute that to the restaurant needing to up their wait staff game on those busy nights. Great discovery, will likely be back !

I have to say this first, we were not the right crowd. The food in term of quality & execution was very good but it was'bland'/lacked insane amount of spices that comes with Asian food. I applaud the creativity for the fusion made in those dishes, but it just didn't suit my palate. Except the lamb, that was our favorite!

The prices aren't as high as I'd have expected for a more tapas style restaurant & the portions were generous.

Overall, I think 9 Tail Fox's food is good but for non Asian people or people wanted to try Asian food for the first time.
