Hyatt Centric Montreal - Horizon Rooftop invites guests to discover 7 Paintings - The Art of Dining, a unique immersive experience blending art, culture and fine dining. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting at 7pm, guests can enjoy an interactive dinner show lasting approximately two and a half hours.
Across seven thoughtfully crafted courses, diners are guided through the worlds of iconic artists such as Picasso, Michelangelo and Banksy. Each dish is inspired by an artist and one of their works, turning the meal into a creative journey. Throughout the evening, guests are invited to paint, listen to short stories and solve riddles, adding a playful and engaging dimension to the experience.
The culinary lineup features refined dishes including herb and lime crusted veal carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, cinnamon and lavender scented walleye fillet, a vibrant vegetable composition presented like a painting, and grilled beef tenderloin with carrot purée and roasted asparagus. Dessert concludes the evening with an artistic chocolate creation. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
With only 32 seats available per evening, this multisensory event offers an intimate and memorable night filled with flavour, creativity and emotion.
Tickets start at $149 plus tax per person and early reservations are highly recommended.
