Le Fou Fou is welcoming three new vendors this month, adding fresh flavors and variety to its gourmet hall. Mersea and Sacré Bao are now open, while Ciccio's will begin serving on Tuesday November 18th.
Mersea
Mersea offers a refined yet approachable take on classic seafood dishes. Co-founded by acclaimed chef Claude Pelletier, known for Montreal favorites like Club Chasse et Pêche and Il Miglio, Mersea highlights simple ingredients prepared with care. From oysters and mussels to truffle-topped tartare, each dish reflects an effortlessly chic dining experience. Starting November 27th, Mersea will feature 5 à 7 specials, including $1 oysters and $18 wine flights.

Sacré Bao
Sacré Bao brings authentic Asian street food to Le Fou Fou, with dishes crafted with care and tradition. Created by Hanhak Kim, founder of Bar OTTO and Tori Ramen, the menu features fluffy bao buns and vibrant banh mi, perfectly balancing herbs and spice for comforting, flavorful bites.

Ciccio's
Ciccio's adds a modern twist to classic Italian sandwiches. From porchetta-stuffed creations to prosciutto and pesto Caprese, each sandwich is layered with premium ingredients and house-made sauces. Served alongside fresh salads, Ciccio's delivers a satisfying taste of Italy with every bite.
