The best ramen I've tried in Montreal (yes, I've tried the most popular ones, but no), it was similar to my favorite (I tried in Japon).

The soup it was delicious. Umai!

It was a very generous portion. I like the garlic flavor.

I recommend it 😍😍

Girlfriend is happy

We ordered:
- Ramen Tonkotsu
- Ramen Kara
- Chicken Karaage

Foods arrived pretty fast, Ramen broth was really balanced in a good way, & we killed the Karaage :)

This MIGHT warrant a 4 stars IF the soups were hotter (temperature wise) & more flavor... But no. The kara that I ordered is just basic spiciness, underneath there is almost no flavor, other than being a bit salty. The noodles themselves are also quite simple, definitely not homemade or anything... Lacks texture.

Honestly it feels like just having Shin instant noodles... When there is a Sansotei just around the corner in a walking distance with better soup & noodles, it doesn't justify the cost... Hence, sorry for the 3 stars.

The miso tuna mazemen was delicious & unique, but a little too salty. The tuna was sliced so thin that it felt skimpy & didn't add much substance to the dish, & the overall price felt high for a food court meal.
