I ordered a crema
Caffe. I was given a liquid in a small cup. I had already paid 6$, i told the lady that it should be served as an ice cream with a spoon, & it wasn't the crema cafe i ordered. The young lady told me that this is how they serve it. She called a young man from the kitchen, & he confirmed that it's the way they serve it, & they refused to refund me.
Question remains, why you call it creama if it's liquid, & why is it put in a slush machine!!

I ordered from here yesterday & unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The wait time was quite long-about 20 minutes-which felt excessive for a sandwich.Value for money is very important to me, so I decided to purchase the most expensive sandwich on the menu, expecting high quality. Instead, the sandwich was far too salty. Most concerningly, I found a piece of hard plastic inside the food while eating. While the staff seemed busy, a safety issue like plastic in the food is quite disappointing when paying premium prices. I hope management can look into their quality control.

The service was very disappointing on Thursday, April 16 at 8:16 PM. The staff member who served us seemed uninterested & made us feel unwelcome. There were no suggestions or effort to engage with us. I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, this experience has changed my mind about returning
