I ordered from here yesterday & unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The wait time was quite long-about 20 minutes-which felt excessive for a sandwich.Value for money is very important to me, so I decided to purchase the most expensive sandwich on the menu, expecting high quality. Instead, the sandwich was far too salty. Most concerningly, I found a piece of hard plastic inside the food while eating. While the staff seemed busy, a safety issue like plastic in the food is quite disappointing when paying premium prices. I hope management can look into their quality control.

Grabbed a coffee with a friend today & service was amazing, the barista Kyla was super sweet & even wrote a message on one of the drinks :) would definitely come again

The service was very disappointing on Thursday, April 16 at 8:16 PM. The staff member who served us seemed uninterested & made us feel unwelcome. There were no suggestions or effort to engage with us. I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, this experience has changed my mind about returning

My fav latte in Royalmount, it actually taste like coffee not just milk & the size is perfect. The manager is also very lovely I reccomend. They have hats now so cool
