A poached pear infused with sweet gale, topped with tonka-bean whipped cream and warm chocolate sauce, brings the meal to a decadent finish.
For New Year's Eve menu, for $130 welcomes guests with a glass of sparkling wine before offering the same refined starters, indulgent mains, and festive dessert. It is a stylish way to ring in 2026 at the heart of the city.
