Zante offre une ambiance chaleureuse et sophistiquée qui invite à rester discuter, avec un patio estival charmant et une atmosphère cosy qui rappelle le centre-ville de Montréal. La cuisine méditerranéenne est fraîche et inventive, chaque plat affichant un vrai savoir-faire et des saveurs authentiques, des fruits de mer et du poisson parfaitement préparés, et des salades généreuses et bien présentées. Le service est attentif et professionnel, le cadre convivial et les plats servis avec soin font de Zante l'une des meilleures adresses de la ville. Quelques retours signalent parfois du bruit lors de grands groupes et un niveau de prix élevé, mais l'ensemble demeure une expérience mémorable qui donne envie de revenir.
Visiting for my first time Montreal coming from Greece, to be in a greek restaurant is always a big bet cause you always expect something'similar' to greek food , the food which is similar to your tastes. It was the biggest surprise for my tasty experience. The food was divine!!! The greek salad fresh in a big portion, the fried kalamari & the fried aubergine & zucchini with tzatziki sauce unbelievable!! The chops juicy melted in your mouth. The boiled octapus & the steamed shrimps unique. Zante s owner & chef are the best ambassadors of the greek food in Canada. As native greek i am so proud of their job & effort!! Congratulations! You deserve every star of my review ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?
Visiting Montreal for the first time, & enjoyed an outstanding dining experience at Zantas. The huge shrimp, lamb chops & grilled octopus were outstanding!!
This place got very overpriced for dinner... 42$ for a octopus appetized that was very so so & presentation 0/10 (chopped tentacles with a little bite of oil & onion ... main course 48$ for a piece of cod, 45$ shrimps... Service OK, but not exceptional... I have been there a few time in the past for lunch, but for dinner it was the last time...
Sat outside & had the Greek salad & the fried zucchini, both amazing. Lots of fish dishes & lamb chops looked good. With several apps - very large - & several glasses of wine the bill was $110 total. & on a mild evening the setting on Sherbrooke is very pleasant. For an informal dinner one of the best we've had in Montreal.
Zante was amazing. The hostess & our Italian bartender were charming, attentive, & very engaging. The food was incredible! The zucchini appetizer, the lamb chops, & most importantly, the grilled chicken, were all delightful.

It's really too bad you can't upload pictures here. Otherwise I would share pictures of the best Greek Salad in the country... Lamb chops from the heavens & it just goes on. An amazing dinner last night with my Wife at the bar. Lots of action & interaction with the Team... Mackenzie made some superb martinis & the wine was delicious. Truly world class. Can't wait to come back
It is a superb restaurant...very comfortable seating & excellent staff. Food very fresh - seafood well prepared & lamb chops perfect. We will return for sure. Also it has a good vibe with DJ & party kicking in after the dining experience
Zante was outstanding. The menu is diverse, the portions enormous (& delicious), the service attentive & friendly, & the people watching interesting. The Greek salad is wonderfully fresh & big enough for two people. The crab cake appetizer is big enough to be a main & the cakes are all crab meat. The grilled octopus also was large enough to be a main, & was perfectly cooked & tender. The veal chop was outstanding. & the dessert (Greek donuts with honey) were delectable. We definitely will return on our next visit to Montreal.

Was a fabulous first time experience & certainly not the last visit! Service was impeccable! Giuliano, our waiter took great care of us, giving us the time we needed to enjoy our meal without being rushed out. Food was delish & well presented. The lamb chops were sublime as were the loukoumades which were compliments of the house. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine Greek meal.
What an experience! As a Greek foodie from locations such as Park Avenue, Fairmount, Decarie, Grosvenor (to name a few) I have to say that the food is top notch. The fish is fresh & done to perfection. Appetizers such as grilled octopus, calamari, the zucchini, eggplant & saganaki "special" was incredibly lightly battered with a tzatziki that wasn't over powered with garlic but rather with interesting hints of herbs. The lamb chops were tender, perfectly grilled & very palatable. The extremely fresh vegetables & well selected Feta (not terribly salty) made for a delectable Greek salad! The staff was extremely attentive & we were looked after constantly where they made sure nothing was missed & that our needs were always met. From beginning to end, this was a 10 experience & I will be frequenting this restaurant often & will most definitely highly recommend!
