je suis venu avec un groupe de 12 & nous avons tellement aimé le lieu, la qualité de la nourriture & le service incroyable!! c'est un vrai bijou, un gros merci à notre serveuse Sarah d'avoir pris aussi bien soin de nous & de s'être assurée que nous passions une excellente soirée.
Mon nouveau restaurant préféré!! Les saveurs sont incroyables, les shashimis wow! Un merci spécial a Sarah qui a rendu notre soirée inoubliable. Merci aussi au bar pour les cocktails trop bons!
Alexia was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive & going above & beyond given that our reservation was close to the kitchen closing. Her attitude made us want to come back when we visit Montreal again. She is an amazing waitress & person, making sure to make us satisfied with every single dish & drink, explaining drinks that were hard to understand.
Thank you Alexia, again for an incredibly memorable experience for my friend's birthday.

I had one of the most memorable nights in Montreal at Yubari, & I can confidently say it's the kind of place that turns a simple dinner into an experience.
From the moment I walked in, the energy was exactly right-warm, stylish, & buzzing without ever feeling overwhelming. The ambiance alone would earn five stars, but the people here take it even further.
Huge kudos to Tristan behind the bar, who is honestly a master of his craft. Not only were the cocktails beautifully balanced & creative, but Tristan had this effortless way of making you feel like a VIP guest. His recommendations were spot-on, & you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. A great bartender elevates a night, & Tristan did exactly that.
& then there's Diego, the DJ, who deserves his own standing ovation. The vibe he created was unreal-perfectly curated beats that made the entire space feel alive. It wasn't overwhelming; it was magnetic. You could feel everyone leaning into the energy he built throughout the evening.
Between the exceptional service, the electric atmosphere, & the incredible talent behind both the bar & the booth, Yubari is truly in a league of its own. Whether you're visiting Montreal or you're a local looking for your next go-to spot, don't miss this place. I'm already planning my next visit.

Thought it looked like a good restaurant but the music was WAY too loud that we had to literally scream between us to talk. The service started normal but as time went on, the waitress kept forgetting about us. When we placed our order, we ordered edamame & they never brought it to us & they put it in the bill even though we never received them. Once we were done eating the hostess came to se us to tell us that we had to leave bc a group was waiting for a table.
We were done eating & we're waiting to pay but nobody came to see us AT ALL during our meal & after. She called someone to make us pay but in the meantime she started cleaning the table with a rag, literally on top of me, completely violating our personal space & started preparing the table for the next guests. She asked us to pay for our food outside but we refused. You could tell that the waitress that is making us pay was so embarrassed about the hostess's behaviour towards us. When we gave her our ticket for the coats, she brought them back & literally threw it on us. Would not recommend this place for the poor service.
Lena & Pat take care of me with the utmost care whenever I happen to be at Yubari! The whole team is wonderful & works very hard to assure a wonderful experience for all their valued guests.
