Food was delicious - Fresh fish, inventive rolls, & a variety of pan Asian options - great for sharing. Atmosphere was elegant but not stuffy. We were there early (7:15pm table) & music was loungey electronic, good acoustics & not loud. Service was attentive. Highly recommend.
We reserved a table there on the prom night of our daughter, who has had the best grades in her whole high school over the past 5 years. She was also the recipient of the Governor General's bronze medal last night! She did not want to eat frozen veggies & a scoop of mash for a ridiculous price at the prom dinner; instead, she asked us for a sushi dining experience because she loves it.We drove one hour from the 450 area, & WOW, was it worth the drive. The food is so fresh. Every bite is an explosion of flavour in your mouth. As others have already mentioned, the sushi melts in your mouth. Service is impeccable.Our budget does not permit us to go there very often, but it's worth considering a couple of visits a year. Rosy was very appreciative of that family moment. We enjoyed being at YUBARI very much. Thanks, guys, & keep up the good work! 10/10

We sampled both the vegetarian & salmon rolls-each expertly crafted, incredibly fresh, & bursting with unique, juicy flavor profiles. The bao buns are a absolute must-order; the bun bread was pillowy-soft & cloud-like, perfectly balancing the rich, savory fillings inside for both veg & non-veg options.
Beyond the menu, the ambiance is unmatched. The restaurant features a brilliant sound setup with a dedicated live DJ curating the perfect soundtrack for the evening. It elevates the entire dining experience into a unique night out. Highly recommend, & I'll definitely be returning!

Our server Fred was excellent, everything she recommended was incredible. Fresh sashimi, electric vibe & good service. There are two services so at times the restaurant might empty out however it will fill up again & the energy will re-ignite. Cocktails are good & off sushi menu times are great. Highly recommend & keep up the great work.
Spent my birthday there & got an amazing service from Sabrine & Lena! The food is really good & fresh. The atmosphere is gorgeous! Would definitely go back
The sushi was very good! The fish tasted fresh & the quality was very good. The decor is also very pretty & dark & the atmosphere created by the dj was nice! The service was also great our server Tarryn was very sweet.
Food was fresh & delicious & the atmosphere was warm & chic ! Cant go there looking crazy, definitely on the high end side. I love it if you want to eat good & treat yourself with a good time , also great for a date night with your partner , birthday dinner or special occasion. Dj plays good music as well 10/10!

We celebrated my son's birthday at Yubari at the end of February 2026, & it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The sushi was absolutely amazing, incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. The Chicken Karaage was just as impressive, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender & juicy inside, & seasoned to perfection.
The atmosphere made the evening feel even more special, warm, stylish, & welcoming, perfect for a family celebration.
A special thank you to Frederike, who was extremely attentive throughout the night. She took the time to explain the menu in detail & offered excellent recommendations that made our choices easy & spot on.
& we can't forget the Trompe l'oeil noisette which was a delightful & unexpected surprise that added a creative & memorable touch to the evening.
Overall, Yubari delivered an unforgettable birthday dinner. We'll definitely be back !

Me & my friend spent a lovely dinner at Yubari. The quality of the food is extraordinary. Strongly recommend the Yubari blue...fresh fish getting delivered in 3 days from Japan...hard to beat. But the experience was even better thanks to Alexia, a lovely waitress that really took care of every little things. Thank you !!! See you real soon !!!
