The service is okay, the chicken ramen is average, & the atmosphere feels like a nightclub. It seems I'm the only Asian here. Compared to most Japanese restaurants in Paris, unfortunately, the ramen here is just mediocre.Voir plus
love the outdoor seating & the staff are very friendly & accommodating. i was hoping for chewier noodles for the thick ramen noodles. the broth is good (on the lighter side in terms of umami richness, regular salt level is fine) so the noodles are what could elevate this bowl of tonkotsu ramen 🍜 came right at opening on Saturday & didnt have a wait; however many people had the same idea & arrive just after opening.Voir plus
Excellente taverne japonaise. En plus, les serveurs sont super cool & attentionnés.Voir plus
Honestly the ambiance saved this place for me. I ordered the milk vegan vegetable ramen to try something new & it lacked flavor in my opinion... want as umami nor salty as other authentic ramen I've had. Service was great & the staff were young, & socializing alot, but still professionals & getting the job done which I like. The seating is outdoor & indoor, a big mood. But yeah that food... was not it. I would literally come here just to sit or take a drink.Voir plus
Really enjoyed the experience! The food was worth the wait, Saturday night is vey busy. We took the Kaarage (fried chicken) & the Chashu Don (Braised Pork rice) & Ramen soups that are personalized to your liking. Oh & do take the lemon ice cream. Service was quick & courteous. It felt like we were transported in Japan, sitting at the bar, looking at the chefs making their magic!Voir plus
Love the vegan noodles, & the crispy noodle on salad with some fried tofu. It makes me liking eating more vegetables.Voir plus
Nice place for ramen with vegan options. There's also another service at night that's worth trying.Voir plus
Great place. Loved the vibe & the staff is friendly. The broth & noodles were not for my personal taste though.Voir plus
YY has the best tonkatsu ramen in Montreal hands down! Their pork chashu is the right amount of tender, their pork broth is absolutely addicting & consistent, & their restaurant's atmosphere reminds me a lot of my travels to Tokyo. Whenever I miss authentic tonkatsu ramen, I know I can rely on YY. Keep it up, YY! 10/10Voir plus
Now we are really greedy. A big Japanese lunch, one ramen down; we are going for the next ramen hit. If you were not looking on the map app, you will probably miss the entrance. YYR has a discreet entrance, but actually joins on to the other side where they can have some bar food & drinks. But we are here for the ramen - apparently the richest tonkotsu broth in town. Well, it was. The noodles were also nice & al dente, that allow the soup to grip on to. So it justifies the slurping! The host was a really nice Chinese guy who explained the way to order. Had a chat about the way of life in Canada too. Lovely friendly atmosphere. After all, the whole point of travelling is to meet & learn from the locals. Right? If you like your tonkotsu broth thicker than the average, then this is the place for you (& me)!Voir plus

Best pork broth ramen we tasted in Montreal. Enjoyed the authentic ramen stall ambience. Great service from a helpful waiter.Voir plus
Stopped for a quick ramen with my son who lives in Montreal & loves this place - I can see why. The ramen broth was out of this world - flavourful, rich, indescribable! The noodles were perfect, the pork was perfect, everything was perfect, except, perhaps, the egg, which was kind of pungent. Did not spoil the dish, though. We also shared some crispy chicken "bites" - just as delicious as the ramen. Two ramen & the shared chicken was too much; we had to take a couple pieces of chicken home. All in all, I see why our so e loves this place, & if I lived in Montreal I'd soon become a regular. We walked by a couple times & there were lineups - obviously it's a popular spot.Voir plus
