La nourriture était excellente , par contre , le service m'a mis dans un position très inconfortable. J'ai accroché le verre de vin qui à brisé, ce qu'on appelle communément un accident. Je me suis excusée & j'ai offert de payer la coupe en question. Malheureusement on m'a ignoré & regardé pratiquement comme si j'avais commis la pire des erreurs. On m'a redonné du vin dans un verre à eau en m'indiquant que je ne méritais pas de ravoir une coupe à proprement dit. Pour avoir oeuvré moi même dans la restauration plusieurs années & dans le domaine vinicole, j'ai trouvé le tout inacceptable & peu professionnel. La variété de vin était bien par contre . Nous serions restés plus longtemps à manger & prendre d'autres variétés de vin si cela n'avait pas été de l'événement. En espérant que ce message aide à modifié les réaction lors de ce type de situation.

Ce restaurant/buvette a été un plus à notre escapade en Estrie. Le service était excellent, la possibilité d'essayer différents bons plats via la formule tapas/mezzé nous fait toujours plaisir & nous avons apprécié l'offre de vins de la République Tchèque qui nous a permis de s'ouvrir sur cette région viticole.

La sommelière Violet a su nous faire découvrir deux vins incroyables.

Over rated & over priced for the serving size. We left the restaurant still feeling hungry ( I have a small stomach) the sauces they make are great but the plates are not that extraordinary. Could have tweaked a little the plating.

Superbe expérience.
Assiettes originales du type entrées nous permettant de partager à deux & découvrir. Les vins proposés étaient soit d'importation privée ou du Québec, très bons, nous avons énormément apprécié l'ambiance & l'attitude du staff très chaleureux & sympathiques.
Mention spéciale aux raviolis au crabe des neiges: sortis du ciel!
