What a great find. After spending 5 days vacationing between Montreal & Sherbrooke we resigned ourselves to the idea of good, but not great food until we came here. We had 8 of the tapas style dishes & each was better than the previous. The capicolle was the only dish that rated as average but that was because it was simply shaved ham with cheese. All the others however, were skillful creations of the young chef that delighted our tastebuds with fresh vibrant & youthful flavours. When in Sherbrooke do not pass the chance to visit here.
